Location was deep in the desert, which I liked the most.Breakfast was good , can be more better.Overall it was a good , The Suites in which we stayed were perfect for staycation.
In Breakfast, no facility for tea, coffee, bread toast, etc. No Live kitchen, can be improved to make a much better experience.

The staff were amazing, extremely friendly and eager to make the stay as wonderful as possible. The evening entertainment was brilliant, especially the fire eaters, there was a fantastic atmosphere too. The BBQ element of the dinner was very tasty.
The pod was nice and spacious with a brilliant view of the dunes.
The buffet dinner and breakfast needs working on. The evening buffet was tepid, and the breakfast not very appetising.
A shelf above the sink in the bathroom would be useful, as would a dresser in the bedroom instead of the small round end table. A decent sized table would have been nice on the balcony too.
In the pods the door needs a curtain to block out external light or the lights need turning off during quiet hours.

it’s a good value for money. location, rooms setup, cleanliness.
ac was not functioning well and they could have improve the food taste.

Dinner and breakfast were very good, the service of the staff is excellent, always very friendly and willing to give you the best service, a good location with easy access to get by taxi to and from the RAK bus .
If you want to spend some time enjoying the fullness of the RAK desert, this is undoubtedly the right place to get away from the city and connect with the nature of the place.

it was away from the city which was a relief. Peaceful. Free Activities were good. Shows were amazing and mesmerizing!
Dinner was below par, cold and not with many options. Breakfast didn’t had many options. Check in and Check Out time were not great. Check in time is 3:30pm and Check Out time is 10:00 which i found to be strange as this is a short stay.
washrooms did not had a bath facility, with the desert mud, you just can’t give accommodations to guests without bathing facilities.

Staff are very kind and friendly. The room was clean and tidy. View of desert was amazing. The silence there was very relaxing. Night show was good.
The serving dishes were not clean. It was sticky and black under the plates. Do not expect high hygiene in general 🤷🏻♀️ There is no activity during the day. If you are staying for more than one night, you must be out of the complex from 11am to 4pm.

Very good water pressure in the shower as well as hot water, really appreciated.
Evening performance
We have chosen one of the most expensive rooms with private toilette so we expected a good service for the price paid. Comments on room number 003 (if I remember correctly): extremely noisy bathroom ventilation, some items need to be fixed: door of the cupboard, toilet seat, etc. The lights of the camp are on during the night and they are reflected in the room as the door does not have curtains but paint. The stool in the terrace needs to be replaced as it was burnt, and the amphora/pot at the entrance was broken.
No WiFi at the camp for the tourists.
Food at the camp: the dinner is brought from a catering service, it was cold and overcooked. There is no barbecue dinner as such, there is a cook who is reheating the chicken and meat (on a barbecue place) therefore the chicken is totally dry.
Basic breakfast: there is no fresh coffee, only instant coffee. Industrial bread. Everything served in disposable plastic cutlery.
Check-out is 10:00 am, the only place in the country with such an early check-out.
Staff is friendly however, since all are foreigners (from Russia, India, Argentina, Algeria, Egypt, etc) being in the country since a short while, you do not have the opportunity to interact with locals and to learn about the country, which was our purpose of booking this camp, we wanted to be among the locals and not in a big city.
Finally the price was very high, (like a 4/5 stars in a city) for the services you get.
