Great location and value for money. The owner was super helpful. My daughter injured her foot and needed a crutch. They drove to the next town and got us one. Couldn’t do enough to help.

The room is good value for money better than others we stayed in. There was a bad smell with the drains but that seems to happen in Sri Lanka

Friendly staff , great facilities just next to the mirissa beach owner was so friendly . A must visit hotel if your are traveling to mirissa .

if you want comfy clean accommodation, next to the beach and a beautiful pool this hotel is for you! the rooms and furniture are outdated and definitely need work, but it is clean and if you don’t care about aesthetics this place is fine! we got upgraded for free to a sea view room and the staff are sweet!

Infinity Pool and sunset was brilliant. The best part of our stay they have nice terrace to chill around . Super location just few steps away from the beach . We will visit again soon .

the Owner wasn’t very friendly. The pictures in booking.com and real life is very different. The shower was broken. The bathroom door was broken. There were some bugs in the bathroom also. When I asked if I could cancel the booking she said she wanted the whole amount of money for the room.

This is the best place we stayed at during our 2 weeks trip in Sri Lanka . This is very clean , staff are super friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay. Location is great across the beach , alot of restaurants around , hotel has a beautiful infinity pool with great views of Mirissa Beach. Room size is perfect and AC , fan cools off the room greatly. Highly recommend. Look no further for your stay. Perfect location (not on the beach but literally across the road with seaviews from the balconies), THE most comfortable beds 😩, nice and clean rooms and bathrooms, and very helpful, professional and attentive staff. The pool was also a great bonus and well-maintained.

Photo and reality are 2 different things. in reality, the room on the sunny side is very hot like an oven during the day, ac does not work in the room in the middle. during the day it is simply not possible to be in the room. the audibility is very strong, it is not possible to sleep from passing cars. the hotel pool is upstairs, downstairs is the gas station. we ran away from there the next day. ,flushing the toilet didn't work, there was no hot water. highly do not recommend

The receptionists of hotel were drunken and we didn’t feel safe and convenient.
