This unit was perfect for our trip to Ann Arbor. The layout was great, the home was cozy, and being wheelchair accessible was absolutely necessary for us. Host was very responsive. Looking forward to visiting again next month.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely apartment. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed - including a nice array of snacks upon arrival! The apartment was only a few minutes away from downtown AA with hiking trails nearby. We were in town visiting our U of M son and there was extra parking for him when he came to visit.

Very clean… and hosts go the extra mile by providing coffee, tea, snacks, robes, extra toiletries… Twin beds were a little squeaky… probably more appropriate for children rather than adults. Overall, I highly recommend this rental!

This property was perfect for the 3 of us! Quiet, spacious with all the amenities of home. The location was just what we wanted, only 5 min from campus but far enough we didn’t have the high vehicle & foot traffic. We’ll stay there again!

This was a great place to stay for our family of four. I have been to some other VRBO rentals for our larger family vacations, and this one was much more hospitable and accommodating. Since we were just staying for 3 nights, we didn't bring a lot with us. However, Kimberly had all that we needed to make it through the weekend - towels, washcloths, soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, tissues, paper towels, and everything else we would need. It was such a great relief not to have to spend our first day shopping for supplies. She was also in constant communication and responded to messages right away. This would also be a perfect stay for Michigan game days!

Hi, after our first night ( we really enjoyed the apartment), there was a storm the following afternoon and the power went out for the next 2 days. We moved to a Hotel and our host was extremely gracious and gave us the money back.

This was a good stay. Good communication with owner. Good check-in process. Easy access. Very clean. Good location for us, short ride to the U of M swim camp. Our only wish would be that the beds were better.

Second time at this property. Wonderful once again. Quick drive to most major sites and multiple parks in the area for small families. We ran out of toilet paper and texted the owner; new supply was at our doorstep within 60 seconds. Fantastic. Will be back.

Definitely will stay again. The location is good, on the quiet side, not too far from downtown and UMich school. The place is clean, well stocked. Check-in instruction is easy to follow.

This is a great place to stay when in Ann Arbor. It's close to everything. Stores ,restaurants ,gas. Just minutes to downtown or campus. The apartment is very well appointed. They have really thought of everything. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely return.

Everything was great! The only thing we had trouble with was the TV. The remote that they had did not actually work for the tv. Also, they had a super small garbage can and no trash bags.

Very clean, easy check-in, immediate manager response. Could not be better. We loved only 10 min drive to downtown, walk across the street to a great natural breakfast place (Juicy Kitchen) and the general easy layout of the apartment.

Came to town for a football game and was very pleased with the condo. Its very easy to get to and from downtown. The condo itself was just the right size for my Dad, brother and I. My only complaint was that in the room with the twin beds the parking lot lights are very bright. Black out curtains would be ideal in there. Other than that there were snacks and k-cups stocked and ready for us. Would definitely stay here again.

The condo is small but perfectly adequate. It is extremely clean; the location is fabulous - a quick drive into the Ann Arbor downtown, Kerrytown and main campus areas; and the host is wonderful - communicates well and is immediately responsive. My only complaint is that the mattresses in the twin beds room are not comfortable.

This was a perfect location for anything you wanted to do in Ann Arbor....walk downtown, paddle the Huron, find walking trails or go to a football game. The Condo was so nice. Clean, lovely decor, nice amenities and a perfect place for a family to stay. Our Hostess was great!!

We enjoyed staying at this apartment. It was convenient to a Plum grocery store and a CoreFit restaurant. Easy to get to downtown Ann Arbor where we enjoyed the art show and bookstores. The property was very clean. It was nice to spread out instead of staying at a hotel.

We booked this property to share with another couple for a wedding in town. Kimberly texted me the week before with all the info we’d need which was so helpful. When we got there, the place was immaculate and very thoughtfully appointed. From the snacks to the toiletry items, the laundry supplies and even a hair dryer, we didn’t want for a thing. Would highly recommend this property for anyone looking to stay in the Ann Arbor area!
