Bonito lugar, cómodo, seguro, bien amueblado y ubicado, cerca de una playa hermosa, muy amables el anfitrión y personas de contacto.

cutlery in the kitchen could be better

the villa is generally really nice, with enough space throughout the villa. the patio overlooking the little river was also really nice. access to the Villa swimming pool was super easy. the facilities at the Mayan Palace are really spectacular, including the spa.

The villa could have used some tiny touch ups, like the sunbrella was broken, its a little sparsely decorated and the kitchen could have some coffee, tea, sugar, salt......that kind of stuff. Note that parking at the Mayan palace costs 130mx each time and you have to buy a bracelet "platinum" to access the mayan Palace pools/spa. Also the mayan acuatic park was under maintenance when we went so it wasn't available. This hotel is really in the south of acapulco so driving into the center is quite a drive.

Excellent place to stay with family, very quiet and comfortable.

We have a baby and the water was not hot enough for showering him. The kitchen needs to be fixed in the table that contains the faucet.
