Nicely refurbished apartment

The constant noise from the flat above,day and night!,needs soundproofing,creeky noisy floorboards, you hear every movement from people above you including when there constantly using the toilet during the night,or watching TV until late

lovely apartment - super hosts - easy/comfortable stay

The apartment itself was lovely and comfortable, with a great shower, the garden was lovely, the bed was comfortable. Tea coffee suger biscuits loo roll towels all provided which is nice. Everything well equipt in the kitchen although didnt use it much! I would come again for a short stay as very conveinient for where i needed to be.

The floor of the flat above was not soundproofed, so sounded like a herd of elephants were up there. The place although clean overall, was dusty in parts, chopping boards stunk, dirty cups, small hole in quilt cover and stain on pillow case, only saying as such a high charge for cleaning shoud rate 100%. I asked for 2 double beds, got a sofa bed which was great but no bedding for it, did manage but not ideal. Also on the week day as on an industrial road, very noisy

We liked the size of the apartment, plenty of room , very cosy. The bed was comfortable with a lovely view of the boats in the small harbour. The garden was a lovely sun trap and we enjoyed our breakfast outside every morning . Location is very good, close to all amenities, there is a lovely park and small free museum and some nice restaurants. We especially liked the Third Crossing restaurant for their fish dishes, you can see the restaurant from the back garden ,across the water but you need to drive to it. Lowestoft beach is only 15min drive away , it was a very nice promenade ,we also felt the cost of drinks, food and kids things were cheap . We would recommend staying in the apartment and if we cane back, we would use it again.

Location, good value, clean, modern facilities, lovely shower, and nice garden view to Oulton Broard, As I was with my mother with disability, pleased accommodation on ground floor level. Main bedroom space very large. Sofa bed fine in main living room.

Not much kitchen equipment very basic, for example lack of bowls for serving food, and very small fridge. Only two tea towels and not very water absorbent. Adequate number of bath towels, with no spares, could do with extra, particularly to wipe up any water that went on floor after shower. It would be very useful if shower had a safety rail to hold, otherwise shower vert good. No blankets available for main bed, and sofa bed, this would have helped because cold at night. No instructions for use of oven, or room heating system. Helpful if light outside property, because hard to find at night for the first time, particularly because Sat Nav Directions do not exactly match location of property.

Comfortable, nicely decorated. All facilities fantastic!

Not in walking distance of a good shop ( small convenience store only).

Excellent apartment perfect location will be staying again if need the area.

It was dog friendly, and very close to lovely walks around the Oulton Broad. It backs onto a marina, has a lovely long garden, in which we sat on sunny days. It had everything we required in the property, and it was lovely and warm and cosy.

The garden could do with a gate, and the fence repaired, as our dog was keen to escape!
