I would completely avoid this and will not use booking.com again
Nothing! I left immediately, could not stay here.
the outside bin was overflowing with rubbish. the smell when I opened the door was disgusting. The cooker had grease and old burnt food hardened in. microwave was filthy. walls were drawn on and dirty. Beds felt springy and very uncomfortable. Left immediately and they have kept £782 of my money, refusing to refund me.

Disappointing and stessful
Great house with a little more care and maintenance it would be lovely. It was dirty in places and quite worn which was a shame.
We arrived to the twin room shown in the pictures made up as a double. We needed a twin so looked for bedding to make this up our selves. No bedding so called to request some. When it hadn't arrived by 10pm we rang again to be told the house keeper wasn't able to bring it until the morning. We needed the bedding that night not the next day. We were in Wales for a funeral we had a mixed group and two of the guest had the added stress of sharing a bed. Wifi not working with password provided. Mould in freezer drawer. Used face mask in one of the cupboards. Asked for a partial refund and were ignored.

Spacious property in a great location
Nice spacious property in a convenient location. Good modern kitchen and new furnishings throughout. Decking area would have been used it the weather was better! We were lovely and warm and the heating was easy to control.
Minor gripes? Get some net curtains! And better towels. Sofas are a bit on the cheap side, as are the beds, and my back wasn't overly happy at times.
