Beautiful house, fully equipped with everything to make our stay easy and comfortable. Amazing location, short walk into town, views of the harbour and lovely garden space.

The house was perfect for our family stay.

The location was great for Dartmouth, a level walk into town and the property was very clean. We used the parking permit provided for one car, and managed with on street for the other, although there are restrictions during the summer. One note for future guests, there is a coffee pod machine but no cafetiere so you may wish to take your own.

The perfect home from home get away in beautiful Dartmouth. The house was very well equipped - perfectly set up for a group of 6 with each bedroom being en-suite, a lovely living space (with great views to the tennis courts and water) and outdoor entertaining space. The fixtures and fittings were well spec'd and clearly quite new. The location is great with everything within walking distance.

Nothing really. There is no parking on the property but there is a parking permit for one car which can be used in the main public car park nearby. We parked our other car at the park and ride on the edge of the town which only costs £5 per day.

The cleanliness , the fantastic view , a pleasure to wake up to 😀 proximity to town was great . Parking pass was brilliant . Will definitely be back .. perfect

The house is immaculate and with three excellent bedrooms each with en-suite shower and one room also has a bath. Smart TV's good wifi and brilliant location for the town centre. Sitting in the back garden was lovely and peaceful despite proximity to the road. The house was also very quiet. Everything you could need or want in the kitchen. We would book again any time. Dartmouth is a terrific place to stay for short or longer term.

Only had one parking permit and even then it was tricky finding a space in the car park you can use it in. Just a short walk from the car park to the house, though mostly uphill and that together with the two flights of stairs and the terraced rear yard would make it difficult for the elderly or infirm. It was fine for us though, and we did find a place to park in a street up the hill when needed for our second car.
