The location is not close to things to do. But very quiet and residential. Lovely garden.
Carole the owner is fabulous and very helpful. Lovely host!
The towels were inadequate. Too small and rough and didn’t get changed daily.

Heavenly. The host, Carole is so nice and sweet. Very clean, breakfast by the pool was excellent, the garden is superb. We stayed 2 nigths, and we spent an entire day at the accomodation instead of going to visit because it was so beautiful that we didn't want to leave that place.

Very beautiful surroundings. Great location to use as a base to travel to other destinations around Antibes, both at the coast and inland. Very kind and helpful hosts. Carole cooked us an excellent meal one evening around the pool. Comfortable large suite room.

Carole was a delight... friendly, helpful and informative. The accomodation was spacious and comfortable. There was air-conditioning and a swimming pool which were a real bonus.

This is in a superb location within the small town/village. Just a few miles from the main town. Carole the host was outstanding and couldn't do enough for you. The place is super secure and is that perfect place away from it all.

We've just had a fabulous week at La Villa Topi! A huge thank you to Carole, who was an amazing host and really looked after us. A special mention also to the gorgeous golden retriever, Plume, who greeted us every morning. The villa is a wonderful place to stay and we will definitely be returning. Thank you once again for making our stay so special, Andy and Caroline.

Location wise its secure, nice and quiet. the owner Carole is so helpful , facilities are great , pool is heated, good size garden and parking space for few cars as well.

Villa Topi is a wonderful experience: beautiful landscape and cosy garden, heated and clean pool, you have the desired privacy. Carole is a wonderful host with a positive energy just like the whole atmosphere at the villa.
Breakfast is served on the terrace of the apartment, so you can safely enjoy the view and the place.
We absolutely loved Plume-the golden retriever, she is a darling 😊

This place is a little gem near Juan Les Pins. 8 mins drive to town centre and beach. Host Carole is super friendly. Room was newly refurbished with high standard fittings. Lovely private breakfast at front of the room. There is bbq grill at pool area if you want to cook your own meal.
