Apartment is situated in a great location - the complex is about 10' walk from the beach, there are many grocery stores around, it's easy to get around by car or bus. There is a small swimming pool on the territory of the apartment complex, but it was closed half of the time as the staff was pretending to be cleaning it.

The apartment boasts a lot of amenities, which are not in reality there. The kitchen is lacking proper cooking panel - instead, there are 2 small portable heaters that one needs to pull from storage. No pots or coffee machine was provided, and even the cooking ware was lacking. Not to speak about basic stuff like salt, pepper, sugar or oil which is typically provided in other apartments in this complex - nothing here. Bathroom was lacking hand soap, no shampoos / body wash provided. No washing machine in the bathroom. On the 2nd day of our stay the home owner started renovation of the apartment just below, waking us up with drilling and hammering around 8 am. This continued for a few days, and the whole stairway was full of dust, with nobody cleaning it. Swimming pool was closed half of the time over our stay of 4 nights.
