Close to port

We only stayed here a few hours to catch some sleep after a red eye flight, staff were very accommodating with our late check in (6am). Close to the port for the next part of our journey.

Probably wouldn’t recommend staying here long term. Good for a stop over due to the price. Building works started early in the morning and turned the water off without any prior notice.

Ok to stay for one night

Room is clean and there is free drinking water - only stayed there because it is near the Pier

Room was quite small and whenever we turned on the AC it smelled really bad because there is a very smelly river next to the hotel

It was near to the port not walking distance if you have luggage.

I had a bunk bed room and cold shower in a toilet. Very loud aircon

Parfait pour un transfert !

Super pour une nuit de transfert entre aéroport et ferry. Check-in disponible même tard. Le personnel est très sympathique. La chambre sentait bon la lessive, était propre et confortable. À 5 minutes à pied du terminal.

룸 컨디션 좋으나 방음이 안돼 잠자기 어려워요

직원분이 엄청 친절하고 룸 컨디션도 좋고 가격도 좋아요

도로 옆이라 너무 시끄러웠고 밤새 차 소리 오토바이 소리 새벽 6시전후 청소차 쓰레기 치우는 소리;; 잠자기 좀 어려운 환경였어요. 방음이 제로;;; 이어플러그 제공해 주는데 그래도 소리는 들려서 다음번엔 선택하지 않을거 같아요

A basic and affordable place to stay for a night before you take a ferry to your final destination

This property is in walking distance to the pier one ferry terminal where you will get the ocean jet ferry to destinations around neighboring islands, so this is a really convenient place to stay if you were going to take an early ferry the next morning . The staff were really nice.

So I paid USD25 for one night, and in that price point, it is not reasonable to expect luxury. The rooms are very small and they were clean and the linens were very fresh. the air conditioner worked but not that well. The bathrooms are a little bit moldy smelling. the room that I was in had a bunkbed so space for two people, the beds are quite narrow like you would have on a ship. The mattress ended up having a little bit of a pit in it by the time I had been laying on it for a few hours. Kind of like a one of those futons that you had when you were a kid.

Good location near the pier, practical if you want to go to another island by boat

The review is NOT about the VG residences in Adlawon, but about another place which is located near the speed boat pier of Cebu City which has the same name.

Occasionnally without running water; there are renovation works.

Great place to stay if you need to take a ferry

Room is comfortable and well desgined. Clean towels, tv, and water available. Wi fi worked well. Location is good if you need to be near the port (which was our case), otherwise location is not great for tourism. There are some options to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are really cute cats in the property, I loved them.

There was a smell in the property but was coming from outside. They really battled it with perfume but we were still able to smell it.

The room is clean, the bed the comforter is clean. And also the staff is good

The aircon is not so cool, the pressure of the water in the CR is very slow. My son can't enjoy the television because only 1 channel available and the vision is not so good

The friendly owner who welcomed me after midnight with a big smile and some jazz music and immediately brought me to my room. I was basically able to go to bed within 30 seconds of arriving. The vegetarian restaurant down the street where I had breakfast. Walking distance to Pier 1 for Oceanjet to Bohol. Cheap.

The room was very basic. Beds slightly uncomfy. The bathrooms not great. One bathroom door seemed to be almost falling out of its hinges. Neighborhood is a bit dodgy. Wouldn't walk there at night. It's not a place to spend several nights, but a good place to arrive late and leave early when catching the ferry to Bohol.

Victoria (Philippines) - family

Cheerful & accomodating staff....request for late check-out @ 6pm was granted for a minimal fee. The family room has a kitchen w/ refrigerator and other amenities. You can cook if you want to. Near to pier for our Dumaguete trip, Magellan's cross, Fort San Pedro & Basilica. Eateries just a walk away, 7/11, LBP, Robinson's Galleria and jolly bee nearby.

1 steel bar @ the bathroom was defective when we arrive, we just left it as is so that the next occupant will not be tempted to use it and be surprise of the outcome....forgot to inform the management. Anyway, there are still other bars to hang your clothes.
