Decor inside the home is also true to the unique sense of place with stained glass windows, joyful fabrics and all the needed comforts for a memorable stay. This home is directly across the quiet street from "Ola'a House" and the two properties can be rented together for wonderful larger gatherings accommodating up to 9 guests. This place is such a cute place. It feels like an old bungalow. Our daughters loved waking up every morning and plying out in the big front yard and back yard. The beds are comfortable and slept all 5 of us perfectly. It’s probably a 3 minute drive to the park entrance, which was awesome because it was easy to come back for dinner and then make an attempt to see the lava glow after dark. The kitchen was nicely stocked and we were able to make all our meals in it. We didn’t try the restaurant that is within walking distance but we liked that that was an option if we needed it. All in all, a great place to stay for touring the volcano!

We absolutely loved our 3 night stay at Tutu's Place. Very spacious and everything worked as expected. The cottage was very clean and we had solid communication with the owner/manager. This place is very quiet and secluded yet close to the Volcano Village shops/restaurants and a 5 min drive to the Volcanoes National Park entrance. It is a very special place and we can't wait to return to Tutu's again.
