The dining room table has two leaf inserts that can expand the table to accommodate up to 10 guests. The home has a screened-in lanai complete with a tables and chairs. There is also an open-air patio perfect for grilling out on the nice propane grill, which is provided. The fully functional kitchen has a dinette eating area as well as a bar-style counter top complete with two bar stools. Kitchen comes stocked with breakfast entrees, snacks, and beverages for guests who are on-the-go.
