Nestled in Longboat Key, this charming condo for R 4,813 per night is a great choice for your next break. Our beautifully renovated bayside condo is a spacious, bright and sunny unit in a fabulous location on the island that is convenient to Sarasota/St. Armand’s Circle and Anna Maria Island/Bradenton alike! The condo has an open floor plan with a beautiful glass-enclosed sun room and walk-out patio, two large and cozy bedrooms, an office/3rd bedroom, and a stunning and fully-updated modern kitchen! Open concept living room with oversize couches, Netflix and cable, great for relaxing after a hot day on the beach or entertaining friends and family. * Sunny, bright and serene master bedroom has a king-size bed, built-in shelving and drawers, TV, large closet, en-suite bathroom with walk-in tiled shower, granite counter-tops, separate sink and vanity area, and tons of extra closets and storage space. * Second bedroom has two double beds (sleeps 4), TV and PS2, large walk-in closet with shelves. * Second bathroom has a full shower and bath tub, and large granite counter-top vanity. (Second bedroom & bathroom can be separated from the rest of the condo with a sliding door, creating a separate full suite!) * Kitchen has granite counters and stainless steel appliances, lots of gorgeous wood cabinets and storage space, plus a breakfast bar, glass-top stove and a large wine fridge! We’re fully stocked with all the appliances and gadgets you will need: Keurig coffee maker, regular coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots and pans, spices and more. * 3rd bonus room with French doors can serve as a beautiful office if you are working, and/or a bedroom with a brand new double size pull-out sofa bed and closet storage. * Laundry/storage room with stackable washer/dryer, vacuum and mops, iron and ironing board, tennis and pickleball rackets, large cooler and cooler bags, drying rack, etc. * All linens provided including beach towels. Our bright enclosed sun-room with hurricane impact glass sliding doors, an oversized chair for relaxing and a large and beautiful wood dining table, leads onto a beautiful patio surrounded by tropical vegetation and bay views, lots of little lizards and the occasional visiting Ibis or other tropical bird! And also only steps from the patio (~30 feet away) is our docks overlooking the Sarasota Bay, our favorite place to enjoy morning coffee and the sunrise. A very peaceful and serene spot with beautiful views over the water and all the nearby mangrove islands - you may spot manatees, dolphins, and lots of jumping fish while relaxing here! Bait up your rod and fish right here off our docks, or take advantage of the kayak rentals available literally at the next dock over, walking distance, providing a great way to peacefully explore all the mangroves. If you have a boat, you can also rent one of the slips here from our association for the length of your stay. Also steps away from the condo is a private tennis/pickleball court, and just across the street (a very short walk away) is our beautiful private beach with white sands and crystal blue waters, plus a large heated pool and lounge chairs. There is also a club-room available next to the pool, for entertaining larger groups or private events. Be sure to go watch the sunset each evening because it is different every night! A variety of beach chairs/loungers, umbrellas, and a beach cart can be found in our storage space. Small and friendly community (only 8 units in our bayside complex) in a very convenient mid-key location. Great amenities and everything you may need for the perfect relaxing vacation. Please note, NO SMOKING is allowed in our condo. The complex is pet friendly but we prefer smaller dogs only. Also note that there is a required application and background check for all renters, with associated fees, that must be completed and submitted to the association no more than 2 weeks prior to arrival; fees to be provided by the renter.

This property was even better than described. It was very clean, nicely furnished and well supplied. Perfect location with a beautiful view of the bay, short walk to the private beach and pool. The mid island location made it easy to drive. to St. Armand’s Circle or Anna Maria Island. Many other restaurants even closer. The layout of the.condo made it easy to accommodate a few days visit from our grandkids.. The best rental we have ever had on Longboat.

This property was exactly as pictured and more. I can’t say enough about the comfort we felt during our almost 6 week stay March into April this year. The highlight was, each morning and early evening, sitting on the bench by the bay (just a few steps outside the unit) and watching manatees play and dolphins chase fish. We even saw a manatee swim under the dock right where we were sitting. The beach and pool were only a short walk across the road. The condo is stocked with everything you need. Beds were all comfortable and the wine refrigerator was a plus for us! We met many nice friendly people from the other units in this complex and everyone is dog friendly! We definitely plan to rent this wonderful condo again in the future.

We had a lovely stay in this well appointed and beautifully decorated condo. Kim is the ULTIMATE “hostess with the mostest”. The location is perfect, the pool is lovely and the beach is steps away.

This condo was beautiful and very relaxing. The photos represent it exactly. Great access to the bay for the sunrise in the morning and across the street to the beach for the sunrise at night. Condo was clean, spacious with a wonderful patio. Furniture was very comfortable and kitchen was well- stocked. Also, there are a lot of chairs, boogie boards, etc for the beach. A very nice park with a fenced- in dog park is only .2 miles away. This condo worked very well for our dog. Some favorite restaurants were Mar Vista, The Columbia on St Armand’s circle, The Lazy Lobster, Marina Jacks (Sarasota) and Harry’s Continental. Visited Sarasota several times, highly recommend the Selby Botanical Gardens The only drawback (which is not a reflection on the condo itself) is it can be very quiet on LBK—not a lot of places to walk for food or shopping or nightlife. But, in these times of Covid, it was a perfect, relaxing, lush, beautiful environment.

A Beautiful Condo on Longboat Key.

We have had many rentals through VRBO and this is, by far, the nicest condo we have had. It was completely updated, more than fully stocked, lots of storage places, clean and so comfortable! The listing had me at "beach cart"...so convenient. The pictures on the listing are exact! Kim and Erion responded quickly to all of our questions and requests. We hesitate to write such a glowing impression as we'd like to keep it a secret. We truly enjoyed ourselves!
