the aquapark is very nice for kids.. very nice peple, beach has possibility to walk a d visit other restaurants, room was nice and comfy, pool nice for kids

we didnt like the location so much, beach is narrow with many people .. we spant 2 night there ehile travelling to other islands - koh mak and koh kood, so it was nice stop for kids, but is is touristic place :)

Vriendelijk lief en hard werkend personeel, leuke beach bar, erg leuk voor kinderen de glijbanen, alles schoon en hygiënisch. Prima locatie. Kamers zijn netjes en voldoen aan alles wat je nodig hebt. Ze zijn flexibel

Tja.. het ligt er aan wat je wilt :) je kinderen hebben de tijd van hun leven. Jij moet gewoon even door alle drukte en lawaai heen kijken. Sochtends vaak het geluid van die bagagekarren die heen en weer worden gesleept, drukte bij het zwembad en het ontbijt : ze doen echt hun best . Maar het is er rommelig en veel vliegjes op het eten. Maar prima om met kinderen te zitten! Communicatie via booking app vooraf was moeizaam, waarschijnlijk door de taal. Maar kan wel beter!

I thought the alcohol drinks were a little to expensive for low season. When the resort next door was 70b cheaper

7-11 next to the resort. Beach restaurant has good food.

Cleanliness is a big issue. My son and I had several big insect bites. Maybe bedbugs. No drawer for storage at all in the whole room. Noisy construction nearby. Rooms full of mosquitoes. Water slides are much smaller than in the pictures.

Great location, beautiful private beach area and wonderful staff.

The staff was very helpful and provide excellent customer service. The pool has slides which was the favourite part (for the kids) of our stay. The hotel also had massage services which was reasonably priced. In addition to the usual hotel supplies, each room has umbrella, slippers, extra pool towels and a bath rope. Each room also has a sofa. Morning breakfast was great with coffee machine.

One of our rooms felt stuffy.

Such a beautiful location couldn't fault anything about it. Best room I've ever stayed in was huge with 2 big balconies. View a beach view staff all lovely

The pool and slides were great fun, my daughter really enjoyed it. The location is good, plenty of restaurants and bars down the beach and on the roads nearby. 7/11 next door, and shops for children’s accessories etc… Parking if needed, restricted due to size but still good. Songthaews stopped opposite 7/11 if you wanted to go to other areas. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone with preteen children.

The loungers near the beach, and that whole area, was used for the restaurant in the evening and I feel it was too early at times, felt like you couldn’t stay there as they used the loungers as seating… the breakfast could do with some variety, same thing every day. No bacon!

everything was great, we were really satisfied. breakfast was delicious, Beach was Nice and clean, also you can walk nearby and there are small Beach restaurants, massages. our son was very happy because of water slides. stuff were very helpful and very nice. we really recommend this Resort.

We had a wonderful stay here and would highly recommend it. The staff were exceptionally nice.

The service is really excellent and the entire staff is adapted to accommodate families
