location is awesome, we walked to the ocean beach nearly everyday, taking fresh croissants with coffee in a small private cafe in front of train station. place is calm and nice, I was always able to find parking spots nearby . aparts were super clean and mostly very comfortable. host left us nice welcome bottle of wine!

the only thing which could have been better - is that water heater is little slow. and every time when someone takes shower first, you need to wait about 5 mins until water is hot enough.

Nice location, good value for money, good furniture, excellent owner, good service. Close to park, beach and supermarket
