Shopping, restaurants, the grocery store, and entertainment can all be found in downtown Isle of Palms, less than a five-mile drive away. It is a 17-mile car ride to historic Charleston to round out a memorable visit. The bright and beach-themed interior decor will help you leave your worries behind and start your getaway the right way. The convenient outdoor shower is perfect for rinsing off the sand after spending the day at the beach. Or, if you don't feel like going to the beach, the shared swimming pool is there waiting for you. THINGS TO KNOW A desk in the living area converts into a queen Murphy bed. The pool is open seasonally from April to October. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 2. Dock details: The freshwater fishing dock is located at the corner of Lagoon Road and Back Bay Drive. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page.
