We had a problem with our original Vacasa rental and Vacasa was immediately looking for a new unit for us. They found this unit for us and it was truly amazing! Gorgeous upgrades, bright sunroom overlooking the golf course, ample room and very clean. We felt so at home here. The bed was comfortable and we got great sleep. We truly appreciate Vacasa and the owner of this unit for making making our first stay at Seabrook Island a dreamy one! We will definitely stay here again!

House was exactly as depicted on Vacasa. Awesome location with close proximity to the beach club. Bathrooms and kitchen have been nicely updated and the 4 season porch overlooking the 18th fairway of Oceans Winds was a great place to start and end our day. Dealing with Vacasa for the first time was even a better experience. The communication and frequency of updates was perfect. So much better than our experiences with other management companies. Would highly recommend both the villa and Vacasa. We are fans !

The property was good enough. Although there is a lot of furniture, it’s not very comfortable. The bedding is the same you receive in a hospital. The property was clean but I would not say sanitized as there were stills hairs and dirt in the corners. There are no toys or beach equipment or storage to keep what you bring.
The water pressure is wonderful and the kitchen appliances are good.
We liked the location as it was quiet and secluded.
We had an issue with the washing machine being broken and destroying our clothes and are waiting to hear back what will be done about it. The Vacasa representative and the workman who I worked with were wonderful. I will update with a follow up as to whether we will be compensated for the ruined clothing and having to find laundry services while on our stay.
Overall, if you are on a vacation and just want a good place to sleep, this is the property.

We were extremely comfortable and especially enjoyed the "sun room". Just the right size for the two of us to spread out and not feel too cramped. The sunroom overlooking the course was perfect for us to eat while watching deer at dusk, and relax. The bedrooms and baths were spacious and comfortable. We were frustrated by the TVs and wish there were better instructions for accessing live TV. We were surprised to not find several items that one expects to find at any rental: a hairdryer, potholders, and coffee filters. Luckily our daughter in Charleston came to our rescue and there was only a brief inconvenience. We really liked everything about this unit and would choose it again!

Great long weekend
We had a great long weekend. Seabrook was nice and quiet with no large crowds. Plenty of places to spread out on the beach. The kitchens, bathrooms, and hard floors were very clean. The carpets could have been vacuumed better, and the king size bed was too soft. Arrival and departure were super easy - the key pad was great. Figuring out the amenity cards was complicated, and Vacasa never responded to my text for help.

Perfect stay!
Check in was easy, we arrived early and they took our cell phone and called us when the property was ready (an hour earlier than check in). The property was immaculate. We had a small issue, there was a wasp’s nest on the porch. Someone was out within 30 minutes and made quick work of it. The view of the golf course provides a lot of wildlife. Deer, heron.
, etc... Bathrooms and showers are large and top notch. Kitchen appliances are all upscale. Cannot recommend highly enough.

Many floor tiles were cracked, DVD player wasn't working, living room curtain rod was pulling out of the wall, screen on the porch was tearing and repairs to the screen was shabby looking, outside painters disturbed our inside time by pounding nails on the roof. A bedroom electrical outlet wasn't working.
