The apartment is one mile to I-24 and 3 minutes away from great BBQ! The Space: Downtown Chattanooga - 8 mins - 5.3 miles Rock city Gardens - 17 minutes - 9.1 miles Ruby Falls - 13 minutes - 7 miles Tennessee Aquarium - 10 minutes - 5.8 miles Creative Discovery Museum - 8 minutes - 5.6 miles Coolidge Park - 13 minutes - 7.1 miles. And so many more great Chattanooga attractions so close! Guest Access: Guess do have access to laundry room located in the center of the complex by the office. The Neighborhood: Located in East Ridge Chattanooga. This is an apartment complex. Getting Around: Uber and Lyft are great transportation means. I-24 is 0.7 miles away from the apartment. Other Things to Note: TV does not have cable but is connected to Netflix and Hulu. Note: To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID to pass through our verification portal. Depending on the results of our guest screening tool, we will require some guests to provide us with their credit card information primarily intended for additional verification. Some guests may be required a security deposit (excludes Airbnb guests). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed on the property but we charge a non-refundable pet cleaning fee of $100 per stay. My team is available daily between 7 AM to 10 PM CT to address your questions. For any food deliveries, shipt.com will deliver them all to you. The maximum sleeping capacity is 4. Guests over 2 years old need to be listed on the reservation. Unlisted guests will be charged $50 per person per night. Standard check-in time is at 3 PM. Early check-in requests are subject to availability. Check-ins before 11 AM will be charged with 50% of the nightly rate. Standard check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability. Late Check-out Fee policy 50% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 11 AM 75% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 1 PM 100% of the nightly rate for check-outs after 3 PM $100 minimum fee so it's the % or $100, whichever is higher Basic essential starter kits are provided. Guests should plan for longer stays or specific needs beyond these initial supplies.

We were warned before coming down that there was a lot of bad neighborhoods in Chattanooga that a hotel would be a safer bet but we wanted to be comfortable for the week and have a kitchen and space so we opted to go ahead with this air b&b and I’m so glad we did we never felt unsafe the place was awesome and it was a great place to come back to each night after our conference

The inside was clean, but out dated. The surrounding area was a bit scary. Got out of our car to the strong smell of “skunk weed”. I didn’t feel safe taking my dog outside.

The apartment was very clean and within 15 minutes to downtown Chattanooga. It’s a very basic property but is fantastic if you are just looking for a clean place to sleep. It’s a no frills VRBO but if your just looking for a place to rest this place is clean and affordable and conveniently located.

The cleanliness was poor. There was used water bottles under one of the beds, the ceiling fan looked like it hasn't been dusted in a long time. There was 4 adults staying three days and we only had 4 towels and 4 washcloths for the three days. There was no extra blankets, pillows or towels and no way to wash what we had to reuse. I was disappointed in this. There is an electric box in the ceiling with no cover and wiring exposed. The lack of seating was poor too.

Totally 100% satisfied with the little apartment great location the host was amazing checking was easy with no face to face checking very comfortable beds very quite area I will most definitely be back that will be my new vacation spot or rather just a getaway thanks Stevens Reality yall were amazing

Will 100% be back! Apartment was wonderfully located on the first floor, with a very convenient assigned parking spot! Bigger than expected inside. Very comfortable! Less than 20 minutes to everything we wanted to do in Chattanooga! Renter responded quickly to messages and checked on us after our first night to make sure we were comfortable and didn’t need anything. Can’t say enough good things!

The only thing I would recommend is having good pillows and a comforter in the second bedroom. The communication could have been better in what is available in the kitchen and what is not available in terms of appliances and pots/pans

The only thing I really didnt like was there was no washer and dryer in unit. And I would have liked it if there were chairs on the balcony . But over all I had a good experience. Owner was quick to answer any questions or concerns I may have had.

Wasn't even allowed to check n 30 min early. The only pots n pans there was a skillet, a cake pan n a cookie sheet. I had to make boil pasta n the skillet. No working TV's n the entire place. No electricity n mastet bedroom
