House is good and beautiful. The location is great. All rooms were clean, trash can available as well as other electronics except for TV. The Conditioning system was great, working perfectly in all rooms. There were 3 keys available so we could hand them to our roommates. FAST WIFI was available on all 3 floors and even outdoors.

Contact with the owner was terrible, there was almost no way to contact the owner. On arrival, we stayed with our luggage on the hot street for at least 30 minutes finding the way to contact the owner. I did inform the owner about my arrival time many days before, I did SMS owner when I landed in Malta as asked in the email, and still no information. There were 3 numbers provided, 1 email, booking chat, tried to use all of them, only one number responded finally and gave us a key box code. When leaving, we called to ask for the key box code again so we can put the key there when leaving, they didn't even answer us, I sent an email, sent SMS, I sent a booking message, I called on all numbers, no response at all. Left the key in the nearest hotel SU29 reception as there was no other solution. And the only another thing we didn't like was the TV, some cheap, terrible tv with a broken sound system and internet connection.
