Beautiful 3 Bedroom Home in Riverstone
About this house rental
Our house is a newly built 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in Riverstone in a secured gated community. The home has 3 bedrooms with memory foam mattresses and pillows for your comfort. There is a full kitchen with brand new appliances as well as a dining room. The home can comfortably sleep 9 people, a portable crib is available for your use. The home is well lit with windows providing natural light and boasts tall ceilings to make it feel even more open. The house is open and spacious with lots of windows to welcome to beautiful sunshine. There are many conveniences nearby, such as Riverstone Park, which is only a couple handred yards away. It is next to the Centennial Bike Trail and two miles from downtown Coeur d'Alene. The Village at Riverstone, about 1/4 mile away has many shops and restaurants to enjoy. The front door does have a RING doorbell and there is a security camera at the back of the property facing the fence, however there is NO other audio and/or video surveillance inside or outside the home and property. Please do not adjust or tamper with the security system. Unfortunately due to HOA rules, there is no parking for boats, RV's, and trailers on the property or in the street.

We thoroughly enjoyed this home. It was beautiful and modern. It had all the necessities you'd hope for. The beds were super comfortable. It's just a really great space and if we come back we'll be shooting to rent this home again.

Kara's home is new and nicely appointed. Rooms were perfectly sized and comfy. The kitchen had everything we needed. We really enjoyed the location, with restaurants, shops and parks within easy walking distance.

Great Property
Property was clean, fully stocked, and well appointed for a family of 5 with 3 small kids. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Great listing!

Could not get much better than this!
My two sons and their families met us from three different parts of the United States and enjoyed our stay immensely. It was a perfect house for this kind of gathering with room for everyone including the children. Property was modern, beautiful and close to the things we wanted to do. Appreciated having bikes and pack & play available. Kitchen had all essentials. Beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful time.

Total Gem!
We stayed in many different places in CDA, but this one became everyone's favorite! Location is perfect, near Riverside Village with so many things offered: restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, cinema... and just steps away from Centennial trail. Minutes from downtown. The house is beautiful and clean, kitchen very well equipped with everything you will need to make a wonderful dinners while you are enjoying a beautiful scenery and cozy fireplace in the family room. The beds are super comfortable. We will be back soon! Thank you for making this place so comfortable all around!

Amazing weekend in Coeur d’Alene
This was our first time staying in a VRBO and could not be happier with the experience. The house was beautiful, clean, great location and perfect for our family. Great location! Loved the bikes!
Great property! Very clean, comfortable beds, close to the river and shops. We really enjoyed using the bikes to ride by the river.

The home is in a great location. It is very clean and roomy. The bedrooms were set up very nice and plenty of room for kids. We loved having the use of the bicycles and it is a short ride into town. The owners made the place very comfortable and friendly.

Amazing Stay
The house was warm and welcoming. It allowed for enough space for two families and allowed for quick connection to downtown and the local amenities. Very close to walking trails, river, restaurants, coffee, parks, and other local hot spots. Would recommend everyone to stay here.

Many rentals only provide very basic paper goods, soap, etc, but this home was well stocked and had all we needed. It was nice not to have to purchase a lot of extras. Kara was very quick to respond to all my messages, and very helpful as well. Can’t recommend this home enough! We will definitely stay here again anytime we are in CDA!

Perfect home away from home
I would definately recommend this property for families. Sleeping arrangements were ideal and everyone had their own space. The house was beautiful and clean upon arrival and was just like the pictures. Loved that it's right next to the trail system so you can run, walk or cycle with ease. Highly recommend!

Awesome CDA Home!
This is a very nice brand new property with all the amenities you could need. We had a great time at Kara’s house and could not have found a better home for our vacation. The owner was great to work with, everything was very clean & comfortable. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Perfect
My husband and I have stayed in many homes in the Coeur d'alene area and this home by far is one that we would love to return to. It's located in a small, quiet gated community. The home for us was central to family, dining options and outdoor activities. Very clean and modern. Kara was great to work with. You won't be disappointed!

The property was so clean & modern & sleek! Everything you can think of, they have! So much space! Great location just a lik bit from down town! We adored this place and would gladly stay again!

A beautiful home
We had 4 adults and 4 young kids for this stay and it was perfect. The house is beautiful. The beds and pillows were very comfy. The kids loved their bunk beds and the extra toys that were in their room. There are plenty of extra linens and even beach towels if you need them. The kitchen had all the essential Dishes/kids dishes but was also stocked with a nice knife block, cutting boards, mixing bowls, seasonings rack, oil etc., that made cooking and BBQing really easy. The TV has Netflix and Disney+ already logged In which was great for our kids.
Overall we thought the owner had really thought of everything and the house set up was great. We loved our stay and hope we can stay here again in the future.
