For such a price the studio is clearly below the standard, very cool and uninviting atmosphere, not a single item more than indicated in the description (not even a piece of sugar from the people before), it has more of a cheap hostel than of a studio, that fact that there is no WiFi available for the guests is another point of being below standard (the router that is connected to the TV set transmits a WiFi signal, but it is secured and a password is not available).
