Nestled in Auckland, this charming house for R 2,943 per night is a great option for your next trip. Quiet and sunny central townhouse with Garage and 2 car spaces. FAST WIFI. SMART TV. AIR CON on first floor. Fans and Heaters in house. Set in a quiet, no-through road behind Victoria Park, close to the fabulous "Wynyard Quarter", this newly decorated and fitted-out house on 3 floors is in a great location for tourists and business people alike. Approached through a high gate for privacy which can be locked - you enter your own private sunny garden, here you can smoke. On the ground floor, you have a garage and one queen bedroom with adjacent shower room. On the first floor, you have a lovely spacious sitting/dining/kitchen opening onto a terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a barbq. On the top (second) floor, you have two spacious bedrooms, one with queen bed with its own private terrace and a twin bedded room which can be zipped together to form a king bed. This floor has a spacious shower room between the two bedrooms. In a 7-8 minute walk, you can be at Wynyard Quarter and the Convention Centre or visit most of the CBD and downtown restaurants, bars and Queen Street shops. The house is set over three floors, with either a terrace or a balcony on each floor. There are two car parks available PLUS a Garage. But you don't need a car here with buses and trains close by; you can walk, Uber or - scooter everywhere which is great fun! If you are a couple and 2 kids, you may book for 3 if planning to use only the two upstairs bedrooms. But if you are 3 adults and each want a separate bedroom, PLEASE BOOK FOR 4 as the first 2 adults are expected to be in one room. There is a small additional charge of $35 per person after 3 people. NB: If you have a long haul flight - please consider booking for the extra day so you can relax in the house after an early arrival or late departure. We are often fully booked so can not change the check in time of 2 p.m. and check out time of 11 a.m. We try to accommodate luggage to be dropped off early or left after these times so long as new guests are not inconvenienced. A welcome snack and fruit platter for your first Breakfast are provided on arrival. We provide a 'running pantry' with many oils, sauces, herbs where guests can use and replace what they use up or add to the larder. The New World Supermarket is 5 mins walk away. You can walk to the Wynyard Quarter harbour front and Fish Market in about 7 minutes and from there to the main Marina and central harbour restaurants and bars in another 5-10 minutes. Please ask for any other advice or information you may need. Host can do a small shop for you if you will be arriving late. There is a Nespresso machine but please bring your favourite pods. We provide plunger coffee for your first day or two and a variety of teas.

Easy to walk down to all the restaurants on Auckland's waterfront, and into the CBD. Comfortable and quiet. Kitchen/lounge is on the 2nd floor, bedrooms/baths on 1st and 3rd, so this townhouse is not appropriate for anyone with ambulatory issues or toddlers. But it was perfect for my husband and I. Great little kitchen and nice to have deck space and lots of room. Would definitely stay here again.

The house was perfect for our group of 5 female singers while we competed at the Victory. Very clean, quiet, easy to find and walk to and from the city and water front. The welcome platter & fruit nibbles were perfect for after our flight, the little things make all the difference. The beds were super comfortable, 2 bathrooms great for a larger group of women who take forever to get ready ha ha. We will definately book again and recommend to our friends. Location was fantastic with easy access to sights, buses, and grocery store. Apartment was clean and up to date with plenty of room for our group of 5 adults. Paula was great to communicate with. The kitchen was well equipped and we appreciated the guidebooks.

Our family had a great stay at the townhouse. It was clean, warm, and very comfortable. The location was great. You could walk to many sights, restaurants, stores and the ferries. I would highly recommend staying here.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The townhome was very modern and clean. We were a short walk from both the Sky Tower and Viaduct Harbour. There was also easily accessible public transportation nearby. Our host was very communicative and even left us a fruit and charcuterie platter for our arrival!

Lovely apartment, perfect for the four of us to have a short break away from work and school. Place was super clean and tidy which makes a nice change - matched the photos on line perfectly! Property Manager left us a nice surprise of a couple of platters in the fridge. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked with essentials which was unexpected but nice. Perfect location to explore Auckland City's CBD and Viaduct. Thanks for a relaxing stay.

Has a clean, brand new feeling - a classy townhouse in a very quiet side street 5 minutes from Sky City. Had all the facilities we needed, and a great host who was communicative and switched on about getting us in safely. Super facilities for anyone wanting a city break - and it even has a garage if you need it - gold in Auckland! And it has a deck and outdoor courtyard. Highly recommend.

We stayed for 6 days. We had a little trouble getting used to the switches on the wall and what is connected to them but it all worked out after we figured out how to use them. The house was fully supplied with anything and everything you could ever want to use,

We loved staying in this well appointed apartment. From a 19 year old to 79 year old this property met our needs really well. The en-suite to the downstairs bedroom is quite tight, access to the garage is through the downstairs bedroom and the stairs to the living area are quite steep but this did not detract at all from our enjoyment of this quality property. With quality bed linen and furnishings, our stay was comfortable and relaxing. The parking on site was fantastic, but the convenience of being able to take a relaxing walk down to the waterfront for lunch and dinner was perfect for us. Our host Paula was fabulous to deal with and really helpful at all times. We highly recommend this property.

Nice 3 bedroom townhouse conveniently located near the Central Business District. Just a walk or bus ride away from attractions, restaurants, shopping and a nice park. Fairly quiet neighborhood. AC in main living area, but not the bedrooms. Nice balcony and patio areas.

This is a gem of a property. Its convenient to everything in the CBD, and you can park your vehicle without charge. The only small negative was the downstairs bathroom is REALLY small. But the convenience and amenities of the property more than make up for it. If we make it back to Auckland, we will definitely look to rebook.

Extremely happy with our stay. This townhouse has superb location. Quiet street. Has car parking (1 car in garage and up to 2 spaces outside) with no additional costs which is a big plus for a city like Auckland. Large New World supermarket nearby. Host gave plenty of advice for places to visit, and was very responsive to our communications. We would definitely like to stay again. Thank you.

The property was spotlessly clean, comfortable, well appointed with everything you might need for a short or long stay and in a great CBD location, close to the Auckland Viaduct, Commercial Bay and Ponsonby. The townhouse is on 3 levels and was in a very quiet location. Paula the owner was excellent to communicate with. It was a 5 star experience for me and I would love to stay again.
