Clean and comfortable

quiet neighborhood

there were no blinds/curtains at all in the bathroom. there was no broom to be found. the first time we stayed there, we bought a broom. I think the cleaning fee is very high, compared to other rentals.

Nice house, safe location. A/C was great at night but it wasn’t very cool during the day. But it was 110-120 during the day. Did our best to keep the house closed up during the day.

The house did only have one bed. No other bed. House was mopped, but dirty in other area’s. We cleaned thoroughly before & after stay. Window blinds were broken & missing blinds allowing people to see in. Gaps under back door & above glass front door. So we didn’t use the front glass door. Just the main door.

The house was clean and comfortable. The dining table was very comfortable and useful. The washer and dryer availability was very nice to see and would be very useful for a longer stay. The tvs both worked well.

There were some items not in repair. The closet doors on the left were not on the track, there were two closet doors broken in the bathroom and the doors to outside were loose. The first night, it rained pretty hard and there was water on the floor by the doors. The blinds were not all there on several windows.

the peaceful neighborhood

Location was good. The only issue was i had a trailer and the parking was minimal. But i made it work.

The bed could be more comfortable and have better pillows. We made do. Went to wal mart and bought some better ones for us.

I like everything

The wood under the washer was flimsy so with making it go off balance and the washer would vibrate everywhere all over the place loud
