Very dirty hotel.. Stuff tuff not cooperating with customer. They didn't speak english

The window view is too bad and the cleaning need to be improved

Everything was excellent we also managed to park right outside the hotel although it's very busy one way road , staff very cooperative all amenities on walking distance

The freshness of the equipment there is obvious because of the hotel's age. There was a properly working AC. The room had a huge shower space. They give a little of shower gel/shampoo, some tea and coffee-like products.

The guy from reception told us one price in the beginning and then changed his version and demanded more money. There were almost nothing from the assurances from the site (fake on fake). - they gave only half roll of toilet paper - there was no place for rubbish - no room cleaning at all - the room card (you have to open the doors with that) didn't work one day and required an intervention - slow internet connection - there was no option for the breakfast (while included in price) - it's just cheating - there was no ability to turn off the light in the anteroom (you have to choose - insert the card and have the energy, sleep with light turned on or take the card from the socket and you can't even charge the phone, but you sleep in the dark)
