Good location for the NEC. Comfy house and plenty of space.

It’s could do with some tlc. The shower door from the en-suite was in the cupboard downstairs and there was no shower curtain in the main bathroom. Also the carpets needed a good clean and the kitchen utensils weren’t great, eg the sieve was rusty.

The third bedroom has a bed that was not possible for sleeping! The bed sloped towards the door - not sure if it was a fault with the bed or the mattress. This effectively made the property two-bed instead of three-bed so I complained to the owner and they couldn't even be bothered to reply, even though they had previously replied when I notified them of a faulty ceiling light in the 2nd bedroom and dirty forks in the kitchen! In terms of the main bathroom, it was very basic and dated. The en-suite bathroom was better so everyone used that instead of the main bathroom, which was a bit annoying for the people sleeping in the master bedroom! All in all it was acceptable for a short weekend but if you want a functional three-bed property, then avoid!

This was an exceptional place to stay! Very clean and homey feeling. Great parking and facilities available. Will definitely be booking again!!

Beautiful house in lovely location. Nice and clean rooms. Great deal for low price. We will book again soon. 5G wifi and Netflix just made my day :)

the property is new inside, the beds are comfortable, the kitchen is new there is a lot of space and it was clean

our first issue was a broken downstairs toilet which did not flush our second issue we had no heating or hot water, we were advised to try and remedy this ourselves via the boiler controls but as it was flashing red with fault we felt it was unsafe to do so. we contacted Dragon serviced apartments about both subjects and whilst the initial response was ok, conversations soon dried up and I was left chasing them via the phone and messenger whilst we were trying to work at the NEC nearby.. our house was freezing cold and we had no hot water. a plumber was sent and the boiler was restored the second night of our stay of three at 8.30pm in the evening however the house remained cold until the morning and we spent another cold night there. the plumber would have accessed our property earlier at -4.30pm but because the vendor failed to tell us to leave the key in the lock box due to lack of communication this was delayed. there was no attempt made to fix the toilet during our three night stay we also reported that the light in the lounge was continuously flickering which made watching the very limited TV channels we did have ( no ITV, no channel 4 or 5 and more) impossible with it left on and had to sit in the darkness. if they had bothered to communicate with us we would not have been so upset by the results of the stay. we felt that no one was actually checking the accommodation was fit for purpose bar being cleaned. very disappointed

The property was a good size and had a large garden. the kitchen and living room were clean and spacious but didn’t feel very homely.

I booked this property for a group as a 3 bed house with a sofa bed. On arrival there was no sofa bed at all, I phone the DSA company line and they explained that there never was a sofa bed and that there was an air bed instead to put on the living room floor. The main shower had no shower curtain and the en-suite shower had mould/water stains all over the floor. I also sent a deposit to this company privately after they requested it via message, this was on the basis of it being returned 3 days after vacating the property. I waited 8 days before this was returned to me, I contacted them numerous times and just got told thankyou for following up. The photos and descriptions are not a good representation of the property and the customer service was not as expected. I was refunded 50 for them mis advertising a sofa bed. There were also signs up banning “loud talking in communal areas” which puzzled me.

It was well equipped, clean, comfortable and easy to access.

The cleaning equipment (sponges and clothes) were not replaced and I had to purchase some from the shop. The garden had broken items which could be hazard to children.

Excellent location for local shops and retail parkand is in a quiet area
