This stunning property sits on over 21 private acres in Livingston- it has the feel of being remote and "out of town" yet you are simply 8 minutes from downtown Livingston and a beautiful 45 minute drive to the north entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The home has a main house - complete with 3 bedrooms and large living lofts, 4 full bathrooms, dining and living space situated around a Tulikivi soapstone fireplace, screened in porch and double car garage with a sauna! Just above the garage, is a large apartment that is equipped with 1 bedroom and loft, full kitchen, private balcony, and living area. The home is in pristine condition; decorated and outfitted with the utmost class with comfort and luxury in mind. The high end bedding and furnishings draw you in, yet never distract from the 360 degree views and natural beauty of the surrounding landscape. The home is the perfect balance of simple Montana beauty - with plaster and wax walls, hand sewn wood floors, refined soapstone & limestone countertops, commercial range hood, Lacanche duel fuel double range, Liebherr refrigerator/freezer, and artful custom lighting. SPACES & SLEEPING: The main level has an open floor plan with dining room which accommodates 8, spacious living area, gorgeous kitchen, pantry, mudroom and laundry room and two bedrooms (master suite and a guest room) and two bathrooms. The master suite has windows opening to the north and west, a new luxurious king size bed with soft 1000 thread count Brooklinen bedding, flat screen tv, and extra large closet. The ensuite bathroom has an oversized walk in shower with dual shower heads, toilet room and double vanity sinks. The guest room on the main level has a divine queen size bed with new mattress, Brooklinen bedding, flat screen television, large closet, and more amazing views. There is an open air 2nd floor loft-like space with a den for gathering with your best friend for quiet conversation or enjoying a cocktail and a great book. The rest of the space offers an additional full size bathroom, more cozy seating for watching a movie, playing games, and has 2 twin beds for additional sleeping. If you head downstairs to the game room or better termed "activity area," you will find oversized couches and chairs, a full size ping pong table, shuffle board, high top game table, and a fully stocked game selection that ensures togetherness, laughter and play. There is a wet bar with a beverage cooler for your favorite drinks. Just adjacent to the activity area are two more rooms. One of these is a bedroom with a queen bed, as quality as you'd find in any other room, and a twin size bed. Ideal place for the person who likes a quiet, "away from it all" bedroom. The 2nd room on the walk out basement level has a comfortable daybed and large flat screen smart television with direct tv. This room can be used for sleeping or for movies and television watching. The two downstairs bedrooms and game room area share a large full bathroom with a tub/shower combination. This basement area is not actually a basement at all, but has large windows and a door that walks you out to the beautiful exterior patios that surround the pond and fire pit. Guests can check in via a keypad on the door and have complete privacy during their stay. Unfortunately we do not allow events of any kind at this property. Private, quiet, dead-end street just outside of the technical city limits of Livingston. Garbage service is not available at this location, there are several places nearby to dispose of your bagged garbage, a map will be provided. There is a sauna in the very nice heated garage. The sauna can be used by all adult guests.

The house is very beautiful with amazing views. It’s secluded but also very close to town. We had 10 adults and 2 kids. We originally thought the house was 5 bedrooms but the listing changed about 8 months after we booked to 4 bedrooms. (The 5th bedroom is a room in the basement with only a day bed). It worked out though because the loft space has a couple of twin beds, however, not much privacy up there as you are in an open air loft space. Plenty of bathrooms to go around and the house was stocked with absolutely everything you would need. We got married in the backyard and it was a literal dream!

My group of 10 adults stayed at the property for 4 days as our home base for a fly fishing trip. The house is stunning. The construction and attention to detail are top notch. The views of the mountains from both inside and outside the house are amazing. The house was extremely clean and well kept. The property manager was able to arrange to have Kate Chomko, a private chef to cook meals in the house for us. We will book again for sure.

This was our second stay at Meredith Ranch and as always it felt like the perfect Montana home-away-from home! We settled right in and enjoyed the views we have come to love (despite a bit of haze from smoke in the air). Although there was no air in the garage loft and temps were hot, there was still plenty of room for our two families to spread out and sleep comfortably. This hidden gem is turning out to be an annual trip for our family - close access to Yellowstone, Chico Hot Springs, Bozeman, Tubing on the Madison River...SO MUCH FUN!!!

Our family of 7 thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful comfortable home! Even with lots of smoke from forest fires, the Mountain View’s were nothing short of spectacular! Pre-arrival communication and check-in/check-out processes were excellent and easy. The house was clean and spacious and very well appointed. We loved the area and enjoyed many adventures- fly-fishing, wildlife watching in Yellowstone, rafting, exploring Bozeman and more! We appreciated the recommendations provided by Key Montana! Highly recommend this home and would love to return!

This spot is a true gem and exceeded our expectations by far! The pictures don't even do justice to the raw natural beauty from every angle of this property. It is situated perfectly to get a view of the mountains - overlooking the glimmering pond. The craftsmanship and details in the house are amazing! Everything you could want was thought of and there was even more room than we had anticipated. The kids LOVED fishing on the pond and running around the open lawn. The stargazing at night was a highlight and our al fresco dinners on the screened porch were a great way to enjoy each others company. And we were only an hour drive to Yellowstone's north entrance. Deena was incredible to work with - so helpful, communicative, and responsive. We will FOR SURE be back. Who knows, this may become an annual trip for us.

Excellent House and Property in Livingston

Very nicely laid out and furnished home with apartment over the garage. The pond is stocked with fish and the young adults enjoyed refining their fly fishing skills in preparation for the river. We used the fire pit and the lower patio for star gazing. Really loved the stay and will be back! Highest recommendation.
