Noticed that the elevators needed floor and walls wiped cleaner, and my floor hallway needed vacuuming

It was good.
It could of been vacuumed better. There was crumbs and a few different other pieces on the floor and a circle battery that my 1 yr old found. The shower was very slippery when I got in, and there was a very cold draft from the window.

Sunday am there was an odor in the hallway of 2nd floor. Not good, like a Nursing home smell/stale/bad.

location and cleanliness
I was frustrated that because of a system issue I didn’t get the king room we booked. I’m 6’5 and I didn’t like having to sleep crossways in a queen bed.
