Needed more crockery and glassware for 6 people and more. No sweeping brush and pan No extra refuse sacks Confusion over key box ( 2 in situ)

It was perfectly situated for a gorgeous walk to durham for congregation- a beautiful walk and a lovely house - 4 good bedrooms, one with an en suite a family bathroom and a downstairs loo. Garden was enclosed and had furniture for late evening champagne drinking!

Nothing. There was a minor issue with a sink draining and someone came out on the day to sort- genuinely there was not one issue with the house

Slightly out of town with a steep hill to climb to reach the property

The property is located in a quiet area and was very clean and is only 20 minutes walk from the city centre.

The kitchen cum dining area always felt cooler even after cranking up the heating controls. May be we should have used the oven more!

The location was absolutely excellent - within walking distance of the city centre but in a lovely quiet street. The house is lovely, spacious and well laid out.

It would have been useful to have had some kitchen cleaner and cloth, but that's being really nit-picky!

Steep hill walking back to property but a taxi was only £4.50 if we couldn’t be bothered
