Son became positive with COVID one day before check in and they would not refund. Paid months in advance and was not even offered half of the money back. Essentially gave away $600. I tried calling the day before as soon as we found out but they would not work with us.

The view was amazing. Was saw dolphins from our balcony.
We arrive in My Mary Kay Pink Cadillac with writing all over it because we were in town for our son’s graduation (USMC) and when We gave Our name He ask what type of work we were coming to do???

It was a lovely, comfortable, well-appointed condo. We had everything we needed.
I understand that COVID-19 protocols take more time, but our check in time was not until very late in the day.
