Since the plot is about 40,000 m² and the nearest neighbor is about 500 m away, you will enjoy absolute privacy and tranquility here. After crossing the local roads, you can share the entire property to the sea. A small path leads to the sea and a swimming area surrounded by pine trees. This is an ideal place for fishing, where fishing competitions are organized every year from the coast. If you are interested, you have the possibility to fish from a boat or make trips to the nearby islands of Hvar and S?edro.
