About this apartment rental
This stunning three bedroom and two bath condo is located on the 5th and top floor directly across from the sunrise and the sunset. Everything in this unit has been updated. Full size washer and dryer. Painted Ivory Kitchen with all the amenities. No looking through rails at the beach here, large bar height table with swivel chairs that can sit up to six for morning coffee or afternoon cocktails. Large Pool that is just steps to the Atlantic Ocean. High Speed wireless internet, Five TV's with a cable package that includes most sports channels and music choice. Just a short 10 minute car drive or Uber ride to downtown St. Augustine which features some of America's most historic sites and many fine restaurants and lounges. Home of NASCAR and Daytona Beach is less than an hour, easily visit many Orlando attractions on a day trip or make a short one hour drive to Jacksonville and take in a NFL game. Like Golf, International Golf Hall of Fame and it's signature courses are just a short drive and TPC Sawgrass is less than an hour away. COME AND ENJOY OUR BEACH HOUSE.. No Pets and NO Smoking or vaping on the property including balconies. Due to decorations may not suitable for small children.

Our family of 4 had an excellent stay in this beautiful condo. The complex is in a great location and has nice amenities. The condo was well-stocked with anything you might need for a week at the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.

We absolutely LOVED our stay here! It was perfect for our family of six. Communication with the owner was excellent and made sure we had everything we needed to check in and have an amazing family vacation. The condo is very well stocked with all of the essentials, even beach toys and gear! We also felt like the pool and beach were not crowded at all for July and really enjoyed the family like atmosphere. The condo itself is beautifully decorated, very well furnished, and VERY clean! If we had a place by the beach this would be it!! We hope we get to come back in 3 years! Already planning our next trip!

This is the ultimate vacation accommodation! Everything we could possibly need was at our fingertips, thoughtfully provided by our host Linda. I never want to stay anywhere else. Next year will be our 30th year at the Sand Dollar and I hope that we can be repeat customers in this amazing unit.

The host of our property never confirmed the reservation so we had trouble from the get-go. When we arrived, the condo was lovely, if not super clean. The bathrooms needed an additional clean by us- there was grime in all of the corners, and there was a piece of old cheese under the bookshelf in the hallway. The furniture was tired and worn. The screen door from the living space to the balcony was a beast to open. We ended up entering through the master. The view was lovely and the building was super convenient for myself and my elderly mother. Our host is charging us for damage that we DID NOT cause- which just adds to the problems we had with her from the jump. I would not rent here again- there are several other units in this building I would pick first.

Absolutely Lovely Condo!
We have stayed in various condos at the Sand Dollar property in Crescent beach over the years. While they have all been nice, this condo stands out for its decor (BEAUTIFUL), fully stocked kitchen and bathrooms, and the friendliness of the host. We enjoyed our stay VERY much, and will definitely try to book this particular condo again next year. The beds were super comfy, the appliances were top-notch, and the renovations done to the condo made it feel roomier than some others we've stayed at in the same complex. We could not have asked for anything else in this condo. It was simply delightful!

Beautiful location
We truly enjoyed our time at Crescent beach. The condo was clean and well furnished. We spent a ton of time out on the balcony watching the sunrise and the waves. We would highly recommend renting this unit.

Beautiful place and spectacular ocean view. Very well appointed and extremely well stocked. Had a few minor issues, but Linda and Dave were very responsive and resolved everything.

Best Condo at Sand Dollar
We have stayed at many condos at Sand Dollar over the last 30 years. This was by far the nicest and most updated condo we have booked. We absolutely loved it. It was equipped with everything that you will need to have a great vacation. In the past, we have had to go out and buy chairs, pool toys etc, but not this time. Also, the fact that there were additional household supplies (soap/paper towels/trash bags) was very nice. We bought all of this and left extra for the next person but most of the time, there is very little of this in a condo. All of the small things added to the extra personal touch that the owners gave. The condo was beautiful and we will definitely be booking here when we come back to Sand Dollar!

The living space is large, The condo was well-equipped, everything appeared newly renovated and fresh, and the furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. This part of the beach is less crowded than the areas closer to St. Augustine. Our accommodations were a very positive part of our trip!

Our Stay at Sanddollar II
If we were to return to St. Augustine, we definitely would try for this unit again. The living space is large, The condo was well-equipped, everything appeared newly renovated and fresh, and the furnishings were sturdy and comfortable. This part of the beach is less crowded than the areas closer to St. Augustine. Our accommodations were a very positive part of our trip!

This property was very clean and well laid out. The condo was larger than expected with perfect views. The Beach right outside was never OVERLY crowded. If you want a quiet place to get away from it all but still be close enough to drive into St. Augustine for fun filled days this is the place to rent. We had multi-generations in our group and everyone had a great time at this condo. The pool area was kept very clean, and the walk to the beach was not long at all. In St. Augustine there are a million things to do. We went to the Fort (ask about discounts, they have several including retiree, and military that can greatly benefit your group), went to the oldest school house, the Pirate museum. Check out the information center near the fort for discount coupon books and maps. We Loved Fiesta falls minigolf, and eating a seafood kitchen, safe harbor seafood, with coffee at the Kookaburra. Overall outstanding place to stay. We have added St Augustine to our list of places to revisit and look forward to staying at this resort again.

The VRBO pictures do not do this condo justice! Gorgeous and spacious, clean with plenty of storage, well-stocked kitchen, great appliances, perfect location for a quiet stay! Sunrise and sunset seen every morning and evening, just as advertised, and right on the beach. It made a perfect Christmas stay for our family of 5! We would definitely stay again! Highly recommend!

We had a great experience. We go somewhere every year and rent a house or condo. This is the first one that really felt clean when we go there. The view out the floor to ceiling window and from the balcony are amazing. The condo was tastefully decorated. Linda was easy to work with. We highly recommend s this condo.

We totally enjoyed our stay. The Condo is beautifully decorated and very clean. The views from the Balcony are fantastic! The kitchen is amazingly stocked and plenty of beach towels are provided. Linda was great to work with. We will definitely stay again!

We had an amazing stay at the condo. The unit is beautifully decorated, very clean and the views from the balcony were unbeatable! We had everything in the kitchen that we needed for cooking. Nice Condo and Stay!
We enjoyed our first time at Crescent Beach staying in this Sand Dollar condo. The kitchen was well stocked and the balcony with high top table was perfect for viewing the ocean over the railing. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. Very quiet area and non-crowded wide beach. Overall a great stay!
