The house has an attached in-law style private master suite on the first level with separate kitchen, living room and entrance, for a total of two kitchens, an additional family room, as well as a generous enclosed sun-room for easy summer living! Central air conditioning throughout the home to keep you cool on those wam summer days. Outdoor living space includes one porch with picnic table and another with 2 chairs and umbrella. Walk to Kelly Beach in 8-10 minutes. Additional amenity charges for summer guests: Professionally laundered bedsheets, bath towels, and light comforters are provided for all occupants. Beds are made only once, prior to arrival (multiple week guests will have linens dropped off starting their 2nd week). Multiple week guests are charged the linen fee per week at a discounted rate. Beach towels are not included. Guests that book 14 nights or greater will be charged an additional $25 cleaning fee. All reservations are subject to a reservation, cleaning and linen fee, and all applicable state and local tax.
