Slecht.

Locatie was prima.

Het appartement was erg vies. Contact opgenomen via de mail, als oplossing mochten we naar een andere locatie. Dit was voor ons niet handig aangezien we al de meeste tijd van het verblijf er op hadden zitten. Mail terug gestuurd dat het voor ons niet handig was, en of ze misschien een andere oplossing hadden. Hier nooit meer antwoord op gekregen.

Otherwise, decent place and wonderful location:

Location was great!

Floors needed mopping. Went barefoot first night and had to wash feet, just needed a good mopping.

Busted closet door. Bed room light had to be on for the ceiling to work.

HORRIBLE.

Pillow cases still had makeup on them & one bed had dirty sheets Dog hair all over & fleas Suppose to be NO PETS ALOWED seen several while there go in to rooms Very dusty Street parking is a joke- no one parked in your pay lot The courtyard was horrible - noting like the photo Couch was just Nasty

Cleanliness and hot water are basic not something I should be requesting!

Location good. Street parking free and plentiful. Bed comfortable. Issues resolved once I reported them.

Bed linen on one bed most definitely NOT clean. It actually stunk something awful! No hot water on first night. No instructions for coffee machine or tv Dirty crockery and cutlery

it feels like Home

it’s cute and cozy, located at 5-10min Uber of everything that need to be visit. great online assistance i used it twice and even if it was by chat, I had an exceptionnel service form the team. For sure I want to use Sonder for my other travels.

What an excellent company, communications, quality stay!

Quiet and established area, blocks from Belmont and Vanderbilt schools. just about everything you need in a 2 mile radius.

A window covering in kitchen would have been great! Easy fix.

it was a bit bare, not homely, noisy aircon. quite a walk to downtown.

Very good

Great location, off street parking, easy to find. Kitchen had coffee and tea service and the hot kettle was a great touch!

TV was only usable through an app. Bedroom door did not close due to location of the bed.

Exceptional

It was so cozy. Just like a home away from home. Great location! We were there for doctors visits at Vanderbilt for my daughter The hospital was not far from our location at all . Thank you for being such a wonderful host.

Better than OK.

The location, it was like being at home.

I always stay at hotels. I thought the registration process was complicated. I had a code for the front door of the unit but was not given a code for the front door of the building. Someone staying in another unit had the same problem and obtained the code. They gave it to me.

Superb

The location was excellent; we really enjoyed the area! It was a perfect size for our family. The kitchen was just what we needed the staff was responsive. We would stay at as Sonder location again.

Convenient stay at a good price and central location.

Location, ample parking, convenient check-in. spacious rooms. AC and heat worked well.

Paper thin walls. I could hear the next room on the phone (both sides of the conversation)

It was “Meh”

Nice layout & location to places we wanted to visit

It needs a little more TLC. Handles on shower door & self in shower were loose, towel hanger came off because it was loose, the pull out bed was junk (put the mattress on the ground & slept on the floor) because it is slanted and won’t lay flat, floor is paper thin (you can literally hear EVERYTHING they’re doing upstairs, & no drapes on the kitchen window where people park & walk by. If this was cheaper I wouldn’t write this but $1,000 for 2 nights I would have rather stayed downtown at a 5 star hotel.

We will definitely return and stay at Sonder again. Very convenient for Belmont and/or Vanderbilt.

Loved the unit and even the pull out was comfortable sleeping for our 16 year old. Close parking was a bonus and the Boci ball court was charming. The bathroom was so well layed out it made me realize you don't need a huge bathroom - function is the most important.

There were 3 of us and really only towels fro 2, but they did deliver more when requested. There was someone outside early Monday AM with a mower, weedeater or something that woke us and those crazy trees sapped up our car good, but that is nature.
