I had very bad experience. We arrived 2 hours after the planned handover and the place was in a complete mess from the previous tenant.

the little lights in the bedroom were a nice touch , the bath had a jacuzzi, go careful with the hot water it’s extremely hot

Had a balcony the staff were very helpful and accommodating. Will definitely be staying again with temp stay great value for money

On arrival the property was dirty, no dusting or general cleaning had been done. Bins had not been changed etc. Bathroom was sickening. It took the host 24 hours to arrange for a cleaner to attained the property. It had no balcony and was not described as in pictures. Would never stay here again. At the time of booking a £50 cleaning fee was charged. What a total waste of money and time. Oh and the neighbours from neighbouring properties were from hell!!
