Located in Marbella, this charming condo for R 11,991 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. The Los Pinos Beach-front apartment is pleasantly situated on the beach on the second floor of the Los Pinos Building near Puerto Banus and San Pedro in the secluded, residential Cortijo Blanco area. It has a large garden, and only a few minutes walk from the hotels, bars, restaurants, and a supermarket. There is also a bar on the ground floor of the apartment on the beach. Puerto Banus with its restaurants and nightlife and the pleasant, white washed, Andalusian town of San Pedro is only within a three-minute drive. Several golf courses lie minutes away by car. The beach-front apartment is located on the second floor directly overlooking the beach and Mediterranean Sea as far as Gibraltar. The apartment accommodates up to 10 guests. It has a living room directly overlooking the beach with a balcony. It has a separate dining room also with a balcony overlooking the sea, mountains, and garden. The apartment has 5 bedrooms each with two single beds and all having views. Points of interest: There are numerous places of historical interest nearby. The moorish city of Granada with it's Alhambra Palace and gardens, one of the most brilliant jewels of universal architecture is approximately 1.5 hours drive. The old City of Ronda is within 45 minutes drive. Gibraltar is within an hours drive. The Costa del Sol is at the forefront of Europe for sailing with it's excellent marinas and invaluable berthing capacities, these include Puerto Banus, Marbella, Estepona, Duguesa, etc. There are a number of tennis clubs as well as many excellent health and gym centers in the Marbella area. Europe's sunniest ski resort, the Sol y Nieve in the Sierra Nevada, host of the 1996 'world Ski Championships' can be reached in two hours. Puerto Banus: Since its inception some forty years ago, this port has steadily grown and now features a casino, commercial shopping centre, a Corte Ingles department store, marine observatory and a multi cinema with films shown in their original soundtrack. Nightlife buzzes at Puerto Banus with your choice of alfresco bars, piano clubs and discos while during the day this is a window shopper´s dream with several of the world renowned fashions houses featured here, in addition to small, interesting shops and boutiques. If you really want to have a bird´s eye view of the port´s magnificent position, regular boat trips are the ideal solution and available on a regular basis from the central promenade. This is the place to be pampered yacht side and ogle those fabulous luxury yachts while sipping a drink at one of the many open air restaurants and bars. The setting is close to ideal, with its impressive mountain backdrop and ocean views. The apartment does not have its own swimming pool but it is adjacent to the beautiful Alabardero beachside swimming pool and recreation facilities and access to sunloungers and umbrellas by the swimming pool and those by its lovely Playa. The use of this facility has an entrance fee. My family and I checked in to this unit for a 21 day vacation. To our surprise and despite the reasonable pictures the apartment was only clean on the surface. Underneath clean sheets there was rotten mattresses and underneath sofa covers there was old moldy sofas. The whole apartment smelled like black mold. On the bathrooms’ ceilings and underneath door frames you could see the mold. Anyway we could not stay there and I moved my family to another duplex apartment in nearby which meant I paid double for this vacation. The owner was very inconsiderate. He did not compensate us for any part of the 21 night stay. Even though I checked out within one day of checkin.

Good communication with owner before arrival. Great location and the apartment for 9 of us was ideal. Extremely clean and very well equipped. More coat hangers and bath mats would be good. Would stay again.
