Had some issues with the apps to operate the pool and such however when communication was made with Andrew things went smooth really enjoyable

Overall, Wendy went above and beyond to help make the home work for us. The communication before our checkin day was slow and the listing said it slept 14 when only 10 could sleep in beds. The couches which we’re not sleeper sofas were included in the # sleeps. Wendy helped us get a couple air mattresses and extra bedding for the couches. The pictures in the listing showed a large dining room table with chairs, which was gone and replaced with a ping pong table and foosball table. We did enjoy those, but did miss the seating of the dining room table as we were having a large family gathering. Once the lights were working in the backyard, we enjoyed the pool and yard space but unfortunately could never get the hot tub to work. Wendy was kind enough to let us stay an extra day when my father ended up in the hospital the night before we were supposed to check out. Overall, I think the home works for large families, but really need some new pictures to show exactly what the rooms look like on the listing.

We stayed at the property with guests of all age ranges and there was something to be excited about for all. From the Pool/Spa, to the Ping Pong and Foosball Tables, to the Fully Stocked Kitchen and giant Brand New Grill, to the Second Living Room for the kiddos upstairs. The host was so accommodating, she even brought a baby monitor and additional toddler toys for us to use with our baby. Would definitely recommend this property and host, both are gems!

What a lovely house! We enjoyed the beautiful pool, bbq, and golf putting green. The kitchen was well supplied with a big fridge and the house us close to grocery stores. We played lots of ping pong and watched movies on the tv. There were enough bedrooms to accommodate the whole family. We had a nice time and would go back again.

Me and 7 friends rented this Vrbo home for a 3 night 4 day trip for my friends 21st birthday. Leading up to the first day I received no message from the host about check in/ check out procedures. Check in was at 4pm and I had still received nothing about how to get into the house so I tried calling the property manager and I was sent straight to voicemail multiple times, I tried texting and got no response. I asked my friends to see if there was a keypad on the door only for them to find that they had left the door unlocked for who knows how long! After finally getting in contact with the property owner through Vrbo support we settled down and we were happy with the house it was big spacious and clean.
After settling we wanted to use the spa pool and so I messaged the property owner asking how we can turn it on, about 30 minutes pass until the property manager calls me and tells me how to set up the spa pool on how to heat it up as well as heat up the pool and that’s it.
The next day rolls around and she text me saying “Please Zelle or CASHAPP for pool heating to the property manager”. When she sent this text I was confused I replied “I wasn’t under the impression that there was a extra charge for the pool heating up it was listed as an accommodation and you never mentioned it would be a charge”. She then said the reason she wanted me to cashapp her was because “ The reason for paying outside the VRBO platform, is you will be charged an fee for their percentage. If you’d like to pay for this within then VRBO platform, I can do that but the cost to you will be more. Please let me know which ASAP”. This was a lie cause she still requested money through Vrbo . I called support and let them know she is trying to charge me for something that was never listed or mentioned. Vrbo customer support sent her a email saying that isn’t okay and that I’m not obligated to make a payment for something that I never could’ve know I had to pay extra for.
We never heated up the pool after that.
But while one of my friends was diving in the water they found big pieces of broken glass from what looked to be from a table. I was shocked to see it.
If you are thinking about renting this home I would take caution as it seems the host has a history of not taking good care of the people that would like to rent such a nice house.

Under any circumstance, do not reserve this house! I booked several months in advance & paid in full! They stopped responding to my messages the week of & on the same day we were supposed to check in they canceled our reservation. We had already flown across the country with my husband, three young kids and their grandparents with no place to go, they didn’t respond to my voicemails or call or apologize - just sent a message via Vrbo that my money was refunded with a box checked stating the house is flooded. At this point we already had the address and we have many friends and family in the area in the house seemed perfectly fine. We drove by several times. There was no sign of flood damage. There is no excuse for the way that the owner handled this even when you have to do something terrible like cancel last minute there’s a better way to do it, you apologize, you respond to messages, you call them back! To make matters worse Vrbo does not allow same day reservations, so we couldn’t even rebook another property. And I’m sure the owner knows this so if they would have cancelled the day before at least we could have had options. I will say nothing like this has ever happened to me on this app, but certainly be cautious with this house. Their lack of response and last-minute cancellation is unacceptable. In my opinion they should be removed from this app, if you search down the other reviews it seems like they’ve done this before, at this point it is a pattern do not rent from them!

We booked our stay 11 months in advance to stay close to our son.
The house had a few issues but none that caused too many problems for us.
The air/heat system had a mind of its own and kept going up to 87 when we set it to 72.
We left the house cleaner than when we came-the kitchen sink hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. We had to keep cleaning parts of the floor as there were sticky spots all over.
We had to go and buy washcloths as there were only a few and we had 8 people in our party. The kitchen cupboards were marked but most things weren’t where they were supposed to be.
The downstairs bathroom toilet kept running and we had to keep juggling it after each use.
We were told to take all the garbage out and we did but all of the garbage cans were full that were next to the house.
It was too cold to use the beautiful pool area but we did go out and pick up all of the extra toys and pillows and straighten the furniture to the places it should be.
They covered the furniture with fitted type sheets that didn’t work well with sitting.
My family enjoyed the ping pong table in the front room.
The beds were very comfortable and the location was central for where we needed to be but I don’t feel that it was worth the price we had to pay.

We had a great time! The access to get in didn’t come through like it was supposed to in the email. But when I messaged the seller they got back to us pretty quick. The pool and spa are awesome. If you want to grill I’d send them a message. The master shower head is awesome. Bed was a little hard. But I slept great. Ac worked great. Two living areas is nice. The icemaker didn’t work. Fridge was nice. Overall we will be booking again. It was a fabulous house and we had a great time.

The property was mice, however, the communication with the owners was challenging and it would have been helpful if there was an information sheet in the property with all pertinent information. Example: WIFI password, pool functions.
Also it was 98 degrees outside and the pool temp was et at 92, so wasn't as refreshing as it should have been

He personally came by to make sure all our concerns were dealt with satisfactorily. It’s a very nice home with some high end touches. The furniture is a little worn in some of the rooms but everything was functional. The kitchen was well stocked with anything you would need to cook pots, pans, cookie sheets, cooking utensils all there and in good condition. They have a new large refrig with ice machine. Everything is in good working order. There is cleaning products and trash bags. The game room has a foos ball table, ping pong table.and games. All the bedrooms are upstairs. Every bed very comfortable. There were plenty of bath and pool towels for the nine of us. There were soap, shampoo, and conditioner dispensers in each bathroom. There is a nice lounging area upstairs with a sectional. There are tv’s everywhere. Outside there is a nice pool however the steps are very steep to enter and there is no rail. The hot tub is large but again very deep. There is lots if seating areas in the yard. The grill was functional. The home is in a cup de sac however it next to a major road. It was difficult talking to each other when the traffic came by, but you heard nothing in the house

VRBO confirmed our booking and then the owner of the property cancelled our reservation when I contacted them for information of how to access the property. We literally had to book a hotel at 7pm on Friday night in a Starbucks parking lot. Livid!!

Really nice place we really enjoyed it the pool was nice and clean as was the hot tub they should actually take more pics of the yard because it was huge with a little baseball type thing that the kids really loved
