Another great stay on Topsail. This was our first time staying on the south end of the Island. We usually stay in Surf city or North Topsail. I can definitely see us returning to Sea Vista. Nice accommodations and great location. If you’re looking for a dog friendly place this is it! We enjoyed watching the pets from our balcony. The views of the beach and ocean are amazing. Highly recommend room 308.

I like to give real unbiased information in a review that i would want to know myself if i were looking to book. First things first, if you are looking for a 5 start resort, this isnt it. Dont stay here if you are looking for top of the line 5 star amenities or looking for perfection in your hotel and are the person walking around with a camera looking to post a picture of rust in the toilet. This place is an old school Motel, nothing more, nothing less. If you are simply looking for a place directly on the beach, that is inexpensive, allows you to stay 3 days in lieu of a week, you are there to basically sleep, want to bring a dog, simply need the basics, then this is the place for you. If you think this place Is going to compare to the 10,000 square foot mansion on the beach that you rented last year, you are in for an extreme let down. This place is a 3/5 and gives you the basics that i noted and nothing more. It worked perfectly for what we needed, so no complaints, we got what we paid for and what we expected.

This is a great property right on a very nice and laid back beach. All rooms have a nice view of the beach and the property has private beach access. Particularly if you are by yourself or with a significant other, it is a really cost efficient option to get away and enjoy the beach for a weekend, while still having the basic amenities. There are a couple restaurants just down the road, but the majority of restaurants and shopping are about a 10-15 minute drive up to Surf City.
