Located in Midvale, this attractive house for R 2,560 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This is a newer townhome completed and furnished in June 2020 on a private cul-de-sac in Midvale. This home features a large and spacious layout and modern updates such as black granite counter tops throughout the home. Also the home has very nice grey wood flooring, can lighting throughout and the kitchen features stainless steel appliances with gas stove, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The fully-equipped kitchen also includes an island style set up with farm sink in the middle. You will experience white cabinets throughout the kitchen and bathrooms for a matching style. As you walk in the front door you will encounter a staircase to your right side leading up to the upstairs where you will find all 3 bedrooms. Upstairs includes the master suite with a large bedroom with a large walk in closet, along with a beautiful tub and separate standing shower. Upstairs there is also the washer and dryer hook ups for easy access. The other 2 bedrooms are also large with plenty of closet space. The downstairs areas you will find an open layout for living room with a nice fireplace, a dining area and kitchen space. This home does includes a large community yard area, but it is only fenced on the back side, so pets cannot be left outside unattended. There is a spacious 2 car garage available for use during your stay. Additionally, there is a nearby playground, basketball hoop, and gazebo which can be utilized.

Worked perfect for us! Traveling with four kids under six can be tough, this place was perfect! Great location and great setup for the short stay we had. Highly recommend! They even had a high chair! Thankful for the hosts and our stay!

We loved arriving at the property. Cute and cozy. Really easy to find. Lots of things close by, especially good eats. We visit a lot of family up in this area often. So we're happy we found a place we can use over and over. When I had a question he was right there to answer. Very clean property. Lots of room for our family. And it was great to relax downstairs watch a movie fireside and get cozy after a long day of adventures in the cold.

This house was perfect for our visit. We had multiple families with two children and one infant. It was great to be able to park our cars in the garage. We loved that the house was close to many restaurants as well as central to other destinations. The only negative we found the couch was a bit uncomfortable when lounging. We would definitely stay again.

Everything was in good condition. A/C worked well and kept us cool in the July heat wave. There was plenty of space for 6 adults. Instructions were clear and timely. Easy access from State Street just south of I-215. A few minor complaints: - stairs could use another hand rail - the shower floor is extremely slick, multiple slips getting in that could have led to injury - it would have been nice to be able to cast from our devices to the roku tk, but they're on separate wifi networks so no go

We are based on east coast with Family in Utah. The location of the house made connecting with everyone super easy. The size of the house made it super comfortable to work in one room with the family playing games and chatting the other rooms, without any interruptions to my work. The playground right outside the back door gave the kids something to do when needed. Overall great house and great location. Thanks!

We loved our stay here. Everything was very clean and just as described. Check in and out was seamless. Such a great location - easy to get to all the activities we came for. They even left a great gift basket with lots of yummy treats for us! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!

Great quiet neighborhood with a park to walk the dog. Restaurants and grocery stores very close. Townhouse had everything we needed for our week long stay. No issues whatsoever once I figured out how to get in the front door. Will definitely stay here again when in town.

We took 10 days to drive with our traveler trailer visiting obscure state parks making our way to Midvale, UT for a work weekend. It was so glorious landing at Matt and Chelly’s property. We truly enjoyed our 5 night stay. Midvale was perfectly located between Murray and Lehi for us. Bonus was the park less than a 1/4 mile from the townhouse. I walked our dog every morning with beautiful views of the mountains. We would stay here again if possible when we come back next year.

My family of 5 (3 adult children) used this lovely townhome as our base for skiing/snowboarding at Brighton. It is a clean, well-decorated, well-stocked townhouse that met all our vacation needs. We had no issue and plan to stay again next time we are in the area.

Our family of 4 had a great time at this townhome!! Drove out from Colorado and stayed 5 nights, hit up 3 of the ski resorts and had an amazing time. The rental was very clean and worked well for us. My wife is already looking at dates for next year. Basketball court was a huge plus for our boys!!

This townhome was the perfect location and size for my family of 4. Easy to get to the grocery and also the ski resorts. We will definitely be staying here again.

We had a very full week of work in Salt Lake and found this property quiet, clean and comfortable. It was in a good location to get around to all of the places we needed to go. The garage was a real plus since we were able to park our rental car inside and avoid having to clean the car during all of the snow. Would happily return.

We came into town to look at areas as our daughter and son-in law will be moving to the area next summer. We were all extremely happy with the property. It was so clean and so well stocked ( Starbucks coffee, yeah!) The beds were all very comfy, and we had plenty of elbow room. Matt and Chelly were great hosts, we will be back!

Nice and newer townhome in a lovely neighborhood with a great yard for our dogs. I would absolutely stay here again. It was conveniently located and we really like that area of the valley.

The property was very clean, spotless in fact which we very much appreciated. We were able to have family members over for dinner. The parking was sufficient so that we could have three or four visiting vehicles without affecting the neighbors. This was our first time renting a vrbo and we were very satisfied with this property.

Stayed for the weekend of Big Cottonwood marathon. House was spotlessly clean and well stocked (the welcome basket of goodies was a nice touch!). The place is quite spacious, nicely decorated, fast wifi. It was a perfect location for the race as well as exploring SLC - a short drive to downtown, the canyons, a bit further to antelope island but worth it. Communication with the hosts was great and checkin/out was simple. Overall a perfect place for our weekend, we would absolutely stay here again.

Wonderful property. Clean, spacious, and in a great neighborhood. The owners provided us with complimentary snacks upon check in which was a fun and kind surprise. Great communication. We were able to park in the garage. There were board games and books to enjoy. Close to shopping and restaurants. Will definitely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone.

Matt & Chelly are great. Their townhome is in pristine condition with no detail left to chance. The beds were comfy and so were the couches. We enjoyed watching tv in the spacious living room. What’s even better…you are greeted with a great welcome basket upon arrival. The instructions to get in are super easy and they respond very very quickly. We are so happy with our stay we booked another week in October. This place is a gem, definitely book.
