Boat to breakfast, lunch and dinner in this 1600 sq ft, 3 bed/3 bath home. 65’ water frontage, in fabulous Moovalya Keys that looks and feels like Venice, Italy! Waterfront patios w/ BBQ, 2 car garage, approximately 40' available for boat moorage, trailer parking! Close to mouth of Parker strip. AZ side of river, just a few miles to Fox’s and Road Runner. Huge living room and kitchen provides perfect entertaining for families or adult fun. For nearly 30 years I've traveled for work, thus I understand the importance of great customer service. Fortunately, I reside nearby and am generally available to assist with making your visit exceptional. NO MORE THAN SIX ADULTS and SEVEN PEOPLE TOTAL! The Homeowner's Association requires a Tenant Information Sheet be completed for each stay and they charge a $25 administrative processing fee. License: 21349841

We couldn’t not have picked a better place for our vacation. Location is PERFECT! Home was spacious and very clean. Felt like being at home. Neighbors were awesome, perfect place to swim and dock the boat ñ, paddle board etc. all around 10 stars and more. We didn’t want to leave and will certainly be back many many more times.

Our host Rene, was spectacular! Perfect place for our family vacation. House was extremely clean, and very comfortable for all of us! We loved having full access to the garage, it made it super easy to store our trailer during our stay. So much room in the kitchen for our family dinners and even bigger living room space to gather after. By far the best river house we have stayed at. We will absolutely be back!

Great property on the water in Parker
The owner is fantastic. Very helpful and accommodating. The house was clean. It’s a great location and my wife and I enjoyed it very much. The neighborhood is peaceful.
The living room and kitchen are huge. New appliances throughout. I could go on and on but they key is Rene, the owner. He is wonderful. And he is extremely responsive.

Great location in the Keys of Parker
We simply had the best vacation! Our host was very attentive and responded quickly with our questions! The house was as described and the location to Parker and Havasu was great!

We had such a great time at this house! There was plenty of room for a family of four. The dock out in the channel was a great place to hang out and watch the boats and ducks go by. Will definitely go back! Rene was one of the best and most accommodating hosts we have ever rented from.

Long weekend
We have a house on the River and needed overflow for guests. The house worked out wonderful. We enjoyed having coffee and breakfast on the patio and floating dock. A lovely home.

Amazing!
I have stayed in VRBOs all over the world. I have never been to one with such an excellent host. Rene is amazing and bent over backwards to make sure we had a good experience. The house is great. Very clean and organized. Very safe neighborhood. Just off the river so easy access to the main channel and off the main channel for peace and quiet. We will make this a 2 x a year visit. Thanks again Rene- you are priceless!!

Amazing communication. The place was clean and well equipped. Awesome location to bring your boat and swim. We have rented over a dozen vacation rentals and the owner of this one is hands down the nicest.

Great location, well furnished, great communication with property manager. Loved that the A-C worked well, especially when it was 122 degrees outside. The fridge needed to be super cooled to get it to work properly by holding the freeze button for 5 secs to display TF on digital console and the fridge for 5 secs to display TC on the digital console. It worked well after that. Also, garage door opener button sometimes needed to be pushed 2 or 3 times to get it to work. Other than that, everything worked great. We were very happy with the property and would love to return again in the future.

Beautiful house! On wide part of canal. Clean, very roomy, owner is awesome to deal with and easy. Use of garage is awesome. I've rented here multiple times and other keys locations....This is my favorite.

The Perfect Getaway
My friends and I had an amazing getaway for our birthday celebration. Rene was an amazing host and made the whole process super simple. The house was exactly as advertised and I can’t say enough about the added dock to lounge on. Great waterfront property with plenty of room for the toys. We will definitely be returning to make more memories sooner than later!

Parker River Stay
The owner, Rene, could not of been any nicer to work with. He communicated throughout the entire process from booking, during our stay and afterwards to make sure everything went well.
The house was perfect! It was clean, comfortable and well stocked for our every need. The dock right on the water made it so easy to tie up our boat and get out to the river for our boating and water activities. We will definitely stay here again in the future!

There were so many things we loved about staying at Rene's property but what we appreciated the most was his hospitality and responsiveness from beginning to end! He is a top notch VRBO property owner assuring that his guests have a seamless vacation experience!
His property is very clean and comfortable. We absolutely love this property location in the keys and its wonderful view from the patio and docking area.
Overall, property delivers on everything that is advertised, Rene is a wonderful host and we will be staying here again!
