A 5-star luxurious 1000 SQFT hotel condo penthouse unit with views of the bay, the city and the river. This gorgeous 2 bedroom / 1 bathroom located at Icon Tower 3 which is the same building of the W Hotel Brickell Miami. Also same tower Addikt Modern Kitchen on 15th floor and Whisper Cocktail Lounge on 50th. This exclusive apt has Design Furniture and well equipped kitchen with high end appliances Sub Zero&Wolf. WELCOME ESSENTIALS FEE To ensure an enhanced guest experience, a mandatory 'Welcome Essentials Fee' of $29 plus tax per booking per unit (one-time) is collected upon check-in. This fee, payable directly to an IMD Miami team member, is mandatory and can only be paid via credit or debit card. All included amenities, such as water, coffee, and toiletries, are provided once per stay. - Personal Welcome - 2 Bottles of Water - 2 Packs of Coffee - 3 Laundry Pods - 4 Dishwasher Pods - High-Speed Dedicated Internet - Basic Toiletries (Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand Soap) COPY OF ID The building management requires us to register the main guest with a copy of photo ID before the arrival. Please make sure to send the copy through the app or to your check-in person on your check-in day. EARLY CHECK-IN We understand that some flights arrive too early in the morning time; however, our operation is like a hotel. We have a previous guest that checks out at 10am. Between 10 am to 3 pm, we inspect, clean and sanitize the unit properly. It is important to respect the time frame for a better experience. Please contact with our account manager on your check-in day and if there is any possibility for earlier check-in; she will let you know. Unfortunately, we can not help before check-in time for early check-in. THE UNIT This beautiful apartment is located in the heart of Brickell. Spectacular for families, couples, and business travelers. Ideal place to work with high speed internet and plenty of space. The property includes all kitchen utilities, pots & pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery, kitchen paper, dishwasher soap, etc. Among the electronics, you will find toaster, coffee maker. Spectacular 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with amazing water and city views. Very spacious with balcony overlooking the bay from the 39th floor. The 2nd bedroom has no window but may be closed out with a door for complete privacy as per the pictures. It also has direct access to the bathroom. Centrally located in Brickell minutes to Downtown, South Beach and Wynwood. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric range, oven, coffee maker, toaster and more, ... Air conditioning, High-speed internet WiFi, cable TV with HBO (smart TVs) , washer/dryer inside the unit, iron with iron board, hair dryer available for guests. All linens, towels, plates, silverware, glassware are provided to the guests. 1 King size bed in the master bedroom 2 Twin size beds in the second bedroom 1 Couch in the living room. CHECK-IN after 3pm. Late check in fee $50 after 11pm CHECK-OUT before 10am. As we need to get the apartment ready for the next guest. There will be a late $100 late check out fee after 10am. FOBS. The apartment comes with 2 Set of Fobs. There will be a following charges from your card on file or deposit in case of loosing; Each FOB $120 AMENITIES: All guests must be register at the check-in to receive their amenity cards. You may get your cards from the Card Office which is located outside corner of the building. The cards are free of charge and they are valid for one (1) week or the length of the guest’s stay whichever is less. Please keep in mind maximum 4 cards are allowed per unit. PARKING The complex has only valet parking service at $42 per day without in & out privileges. The total cost may exceed that amount depending your in & outs. 0-1hrs $11 1-4hrs $19 4-10hrs $24 10-24hrs $42 You will also have other options as metered parking and a couple of garages, just few blocks away by walking distance. (Around $20-30 per night). BATHROOM: This building has a sensitive pipe structure, please do not flush any baby wipes, cleaning wipes, feminine hygiene products, paper towels, tissues, flushable wipes or any kind of trash. If any non-flushable item clogs the toilet during your stay, all the plumbing expenses would be charged to the guest. NO SMOKING, NO PARTY and NO PETS are allowed. It will be a charge of $500 for each in case of the violation. We are committed to reducing our environmental footprint and have chosen not to offer paper towels. Instead, we provide cloth towels and kitchen towels for your convenience. This decision helps us reduce waste and protect the environment. We appreciate your support in this eco-friendly initiative. There is a market and grocery store in walking distance or those can be ordered and delivered to your unit door.

This property is in the perfect location. The view is amazing. The amenities were great. We enjoyed our stay, only recommendation to the owners is to upgrade the furniture. We would definitely return.

The property was beautiful. The apartment was lovely, incredible view. Very easy to check in and out. We had a great stay! Only thing to know is valet was a bit pricey.

We had a wonderful stay in Miami at the apt. Everything was perfect and the apt was easy to get to. The neighborhood is perfect as there are lots of restaurants working walking distance. Esma and her team made everything easy. We would love to come back.

This property has a stunning view of the bay. The mast bedroom is very nicely decorated and it does actually sleep four people comfortably. The building is the residential part of the W Hotel, so you get free access to the stunning rooftop pool which offers poolside food and drink service. It’s also in a nice area with so many great bars and restaurants that are within easy walking distance.

I was very pleased with my stay! The property was in great condition, as advertised and was close to various bars, lounges and restaurants. The monorail was walking distance which was clutch !!! I highly recommend staying here and would do-so myself in the future 🙌🏾🙌🏾

The condo was below average. Furniture was dirty and outdated. TV did not work in one of the rooms. Many other issues, but not going to list. We would have looked into the hotel, but thought the condo would be better considering the amenities with W Hotel.
