Room was a nice size, very clean and comfortable. Free parking available in front of the building.

When I arrived at 8pm it was dark and the outside door was locked and there were no outside lights. Luckily another guest arrived and called the owner, who does not speak English, who then opened the door from the inside. There was no food for breakfast. Tea, milk coffee but no food. There was wifi but at first there was no Internet connection. Once connected it was so slow, web pages failed to load. The guest I met on my arrival had the same problem in her room. I was booked for three nights but left a day early because I need access to the Internet and breakfast.

A great place close to Centrum Zdrowia Dziecka Hospital. An extremely friendly and helpful host, great coffee and comfortable bad - just excellent!

The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. Excellent coffee and choice of teas were the added value to our stay. The room with a bathroom was very comfortable and clean.

It's one of the best places I have ever been to! The owners, Mr Darek and Ms Beata do EVERYTHING to make your stay special and pleasant. Their HOSPITALITY is incredible - in all aspects. The kitchen with free to everyone all kinds of teas and coffees wakes you up in a very positive way. There is always bread, food, sweets and comfort food if you need anything or being hungry. Problem with taxi?How to get to any place? Your email is not working? Need any printout? Nothing bothers the owners. A few times I got lost while commuting - just called the owner and Mr Darek immediately picked me up! The room was beautifully designed and bathroom spotless clean, with many toletries including make up off tissues and more. The area is beautiful, the Villa B&B lies near the old picturesque forrest, with one of the best in Poland climat for allergics and asthmatics. The villa is excellently connected with the centre of Warsaw. Finally. Being disabled is very hard to find a right place. I travel a lot and finding such a GEM is always incredible.
