家具などがおしゃれでよかった

スタッフの態度や応対がぞんざいで、決済についても、カード決済済みの紙を見せても不払いだと何度も言われ、現金で支払いした。 bookingさんで確認したいが、どのような決済になっているのか？ もし二重払いであった場合、どのように対応してもらえるのかなど、不案内だった。 スタッフの言うことが同行者とそれぞれ違い、ベッドの場所も違ったので、とても困った。 バスタオルが他のベッドには付いていたが、私たちのベッドには付いていなかった。 サービスレベルの低さ、施設の管理の悪さ、清潔が保たれていないなど、荒が多い。 あちこちに小さなゴミが落ちていたのが残念。

An aesthetically pleasing place to stay, modern furnishings, great music, lots of space and room to hang, chickens and goats wandering outside, paddy fields, walks. The three of us had dinner there and it was a wonderful 3 and 5 course meal! We requested an earlier than scheduled breakfast because we had to leave at 7.30am and they were very accommodating. Arigato!! Everything was lovely and peaceful.

This place is amazing! Such a beautiful, well designed, and comfortable place. I was really surprised by the quality of the facility and how comfortable it was to spend my time in. Could not recommend it enough ! If you're in the area you really need to visit.

The mix of very modern and traditional was very appealing, and the rural setting was stunning.

A bit more “corona controls” as the staff and didn’t wear masks.😳
