The 1st floor consists of 2 bedrooms (BR1- Queen size bed, BR2- 2 sets of Twin Bunk Beds), surround sound wired family/living room with couch, chair with ottoman, TV, plus laundry room with washer/dryer and sink & garage. Sit on the back patio and enjoy the ocean breeze. The 2nd floor has a main living area with sofa, loveseat, chair with ottoman, TV, dining, kitchen with long breakfast bar with 7 barstools & walk-in pantry, stainless steel appliances, and dining table with seating for 8.. Beautiful hardwood floors, quartz countertops with 3 bedrooms (BR3- Queen bed, BR4- Queen bed, BR5-2 Twin beds) & a full bath. Step out onto the large outdoor deck for morning coffee and an additional area for gathering and entertaining. Loved the location and how the place looked. Very nice

The house is spacious and in a great location. Having a golf cart to go to the beach on was great! However the elevator was not working and maintenance could not get it fixed during our stay. My daughter was on crutches so this was very inconvenient with so many stairs. Front steps are in terrible disrepair. Carpet is very dirty and stained.
After cleaning and repairs this place will be amazing

Due to the changing medical needs of the father/grandfather (inability to climb stairs) and our growing family, it seemed unlikely that we would be able to find suitable accommodations. In our continued search, we found this listing! It provided the elevator for access to all the floors as well as ample sleeping and living space for the entire family! Although, we were within walking distance to the beach, the golf cart allowed father/grandfather to travel to the beach! He was able to watch his grandchildren play!

Everything as described. Close walk to the beach and the golf cart was a hit. It was so spacious enough for the whole family. The patio furniture was so comfortable

Great Stay at RD215 !!
This property was great for our large family group: self & husband, sister, son & daughter-in-law, 3 grandkids 10-14. There were originally 4 other family members, but they ended up not able to come this time, so everyone got to spread out!! The kitchen was wonderfully large - we had 3 adults working in there at the same time preparing breakfast!! And the dishwasher made cleaning up very easy. Linens and towels are provided, as well as flatware, dishware, cookware, utensils & appliances. The only things that happened were the grill wasn't useable - couldn't clean it enough to use it, and the tension rod shower curtain fell and we couldn't get it to stay back in it's original place. Scared me, but no one was hurt! And the golf cart rental was excellent! We got a club car which could seat 6 and used it for all 3 days, and it was awesome!!

Overall very nice beach house and great location only complaint was the trash in the recycle bend was never picked up and apparently the tenants before us left something smelly in it and the recycling people didn’t want to have anything to do with it!!!

Best Beach House by far
This home was so beautiful and the accommodations were perfect! Everything we needed was in the home plenty of seating for down time 2 separate living areas for adults and kids, right next to the beach I mean honestly I couldn't have asked for a better home to spend our vacation

This house was perfect for our group of 14. We had 4 families there, so 2 kid rooms and adult rooms worked out great. The house is beautiful, well kept and a nice location. This was our first time staying further south in Port A, but it was wonderful and not too far from town, just enough to be peaceful.

Great location
We had a really nice time at this location. It’s a little out of town so it’s not so busy but close enough to town you can still take the golf cart down the beach to town in just a couple of minutes. Property managers were great and easy to communicate with us and even came last minute to activate our elevator when we checked in. Thank you.

This big house had everything we needed. With three floors, we had plenty of space and didn’t feel cramped. The kitchen was large with all the items we needed. The main living is small and awkward - just a poor design. We utilized the large dining room table and island bar. The decks had great views of the ocean, pool, etc. Rent the golf cart! The beach is such an easy walk but the golf cart was so fun and useful. Plenty of parking and a garage! We would definitely stay here again.

Family Trip 2021
Very nice house with a great location. The house had some very minor things that needed attention, easy fixes. Several lights were burnt out, some kitchen chairs were a little wobbly, the rain head shower needed cleaned out, and the 2nd level bathroom sink needed snaked. Nothing that was a big concern, let the manager know. We enjoyed the house very much. The people in the neighborhood were very friendly.

April Vacation 2021
My family and I stayed here during a small vacation. Our stay was very short but we were all very pleased with the property. It was very relaxing and we all had such a great time to catch up. The property was very clean and had many kitchen appliances and towels available for use. My family and I had a fun time exploring the beach and neighborhood on our complimentary golf cart!! The staff was very helpful with any questions I had and was even helpful with one of our left behind forgotten items on the property. We are excited to return for the summer! I highly recommend this place to anyone for any vacation.

We have started a tradition to go to the beach for the past 6 years and love every moment of it and honestly this has been the best house so far, we really want t than you and can’t wait to go back , the 5 days that we spend there were amazing,, The house is amazing and every room was perfect for each member of the family ,, we have so many kids so it was really good to see that there were really comfortable and happy to be there .
