Not what I expected but nice nonetheless. Decorated cute. The left bed was not the best. Sunk to the middle but the right bed slept well. Wish out Edison lights outside were working but hey it's December we weren't hanging outside much.

The WiFi was down the whole 4 days, the tv only works with WiFi. Used my own data. The owners were no help. The a/c in the bedroom had to sleep on the pullout in the living room. It has a dirty nasty sheet on it. Used the sheets from the bed that is not the same size. The mattress was thin and also gross. The ad also makes its sound like there is a lake view from the patio this is not the case. The parking lot is the only view. We won’t be staying here again.

The location was terrific. The unit was clean and decorated very nice. It was great for me and my wife. Having a boat slip was great as we left the boat in the water and were on the lake early. I would recommend the unit, it's better than a crowded resort.

For the price it met expectations, it’s cozy, good location, clean and an overall good value…however this cabin has well water, an older shower and no view of the lake.

We booked this “cabin” for 5 days. When booking I was under the impression that this was a lake front property, only to find out in the welcome email that the property was on the back side of the other cabins with no view of the lake unless you walk to it. Also, in the welcome email it stated that the property was going to be well stocked with coffee grounds, body wash, make up wipes, shampoo & conditioner - upon arrival we found that none of the above were stocked except shampoo. Cleanliness of the property was fair at the most. There was food (from previous bookers I am assuming) on the wall. There appeared to be an ant problem as dead ants were left in a sticky solution on the floor and inside the cabinets, pet hair on the couch and the fronts of the air conditioning units. Majority of the time we were in Kimberling City we were doing activities outside of our cabin therefore, this was tolerable but, I definitely wouldn’t classify any of the above issues as acceptable.

When we arrived at our destination, we thought we were at the right spot. Combination wouldn't work on door, so we called management co, Freedom Vacation. They told us we had reserved a one BR; 1 Bath - and we told them that no, we reserved at 2BR, 2 Bath, and the room didn't even look like the same one as shown in the pictures on VRBO. NOT HAPPY!!!! So, Dominic said he'd move us to the 2BR/2Bath next door, but it would cost us an additional $124. The room we were in was tiny, tiny, not even a chair, or place to put luggage, closet was locked; no where to hang any clothes. Beds were full, not queen. So, we paid additional monies and moved the next night. It indeed was the original room we'd seen on the vrbo page, when we booked. It was very, very evident they were not prepared for winter lodgers. When we turned the heater on, it prompted a nest of flies to wake up or hatch, and we chased them down all weekend. Room was inadequate regarding linens - none in kitchen. Not a single safety handle in the bathrooms - nothing to hold on to - I would go on, but I'm embarrassed to say more. Just not really prepared for a weeks stay. Would not go back, sorry.

Cute little cabin about 30 minutes away from Branson.. It was very clean and well stocked. We loved that it was contactless check in and check out. The only real downside was the kitchen chairs were not friendly for my one year old, she had to eat at the coffee table due to style of chairs.

We booked for a friends 50th Birthday weekend. Pretty much had the whole location to ourselves. Our cottage was the perfect size for the three of us. We are already talking about booking again with a larger group next time!

There was an issue with frozen pipes at our original property booking before we checked in. We booked a 1 bedroom on the lake and we upgraded to a 3 bedroom condo in Stonebridge. The condo was amazing!

First impression when we walked in; very clean, updated and nice furnishing. We came down to fish, so didn't spend a lot of time in the unit, very nice to have a boat slip. Had we come down to use the pool & hot-tub, we would have been disappointed, both were not clean. The place has 2 window a/c units, outside temp was in the 80's and the a/c units struggled to keep the place cool and are very noisy. The pots & pans need to be replaced, did not use them. The mattresses are wrapped in plastic, very uncomfortable. Few too many issues for what is being charged.
