Can’t beat the location for Green Lake access in quiet neighborhood. Close to freeway to access more of Seattle area. Clean and spacious rooms. Street parking wasn’t an issue. Would stay again. Thank you.

I would not have booked this property had the information about its access been disclosed. As soon as we arrived, we found no nearby parking. Then there was the matter of the steps leading up from the street; there were many and steep without a secure rail at the top.. Those stairs plus the steps going into the day basement made it impossible for me to stay. I had to find other accommodations immediately.

Very cute. Well done simple decor. Kitchen has all the basic amenities needed to make a meal. Bathroom even had all the extra shampoo/ conditioner and body wash you could need if you forgot yours (which I did 😁) the only note i have is you can hear a good amount upstairs in the house above from the main bedroom by the bathroom. But thats city living (football game celebrating, walking and dog bark from time to time) other than that perfect stay. Also loved how there were individual controls for heat in each room.

2 week stay near Green Lake in Seattle

The property was super clean. It looked as if it had been remodeled recently and everything was brand new. We had a couple of interchanges with the property manager, and he was always quick to respond and very professional. There was sufficient street parking, mostly on the same block, but never more than just around to the side street. The location is in the residential area where Wallingford and Tangletown meet on the south end of Green Lake. It is ideal for getting on the interstate or on highway 99 for going into the city. It was pretty quiet neighborhood, we slept with the windows open and didn't notice any late night or early morning noise in the neighborhood. The kitchen consist of a 2 burner hot plate, toaster oven, and microwave which worked for breakfast, lunch, and small dinner meals, but wouldn't be practical for large sit down meals. There are a several places to eat within a short walking distance, and multiple grocery stores offering prepared meals.

We had a great experience here! It was well stocked with essentials for our week long stay. Owner and residents upstairs were very friendly. Outside entrance makes this two bedroom downstairs apartment your own for the stay. Property manager was very responsive to requests.
