This unit is small but cozy. Clean and comfortable.

This is a very well-appointed basement apartment. It's clean and cozy, and makes a perfect home away from home. The host communicated closely and made sure we were all set! A pleasure to deal with!

The traffic was not as very loud. It was a great place for us and our two kids. There is not much outdoor space but there is a park nearby that we visited a few time to run some energy out of our kids.

We loved our stay in the Woodland Park neighborhood. We walked to the zoo and the house is just a couple miles from a lot of great breweries and restaurants.
The space is quite small. It is thoughtfully designed and comfortable, but four adults and two large animals would definitely fill it to capacity.
It's a great location, very clean and cozy and would be a good launch point for your north Seattle adventures.

Everything was fine. My only complaints would be that the tv did not work properly, and we had to take out our own trash after 1 night stay, even though we paid a cleaning fee. If they fixed these things i would stay again.

Cute space, too noisy to sleep
The space itself and the hosts were great. Homeless people in the park across the street wasn't ideal for running but we made due (typical for Seattle). The issue is that we didn't expect to hear every single thing that the upstairs tenants did and they kept us up well into the night on our second evening here. Wouldn't recommend if you want to get a good night's sleep, walls are paper thin.
