New home completed in June 2020 within Bethany beach town limit Mini weeks avail for Fall and Winter. **Contact me about dates you would like** *Do not rent for your teen groups or partys* 5 bedrooms plus overflow area (sleeps 12 in beds) 3.5 bathrooms Beautiful kitchen with top of the line appliances and quartz countertops Elevator 2 outdoor showers Front and back decks Grill 1.5 block to beach quick walk to town, restaurants, bars, mini golf Off street parking for 3 cars Bike rental on opposite corner No public parking on our street -it’s only for permit holders. Perfect location near town and beach Check-in is 3:30pm and Check-out is 9am. Linens are not provided and can be rented from - GaleForceRentals.com / [email protected] NO Pets NO college or high school party groups This is for families only.

Very nice, clean, renovated house 1.5 blocks off the beach! My only complaint would be that the outdoor furniture was not very comfortable and it would’ve been nice to have some comfortable sofas or something to lie on outside on the screen porch or the downstairs terrace. Bedrooms were nice, clean, and had the essentials. We had a great week with friends!

The property was over and above what we expected. Pictures do not grasps the beauty! Lots of extra beach items too! Answers to any questions were on a very timely basis. Hosts were exceptional :)

We had a wonderful family vacation. The home was very clean and well equipped with activities both on and off the beach. The owners were very responsive and friendly. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to spend time in Bethany!

Perfect Vacation House
House was large, clean and very functional. Perfect spot one block from beach. Had extra chairs, coolers and umbrellas if needed. Owners were very nice and accommodating. We definitely would rent again.

Great time for our three families totaling 6 adults and 6 children. Beautiful home in a perfect location to beach, boardwalk and town. Kitchen well equipped for doing all our meals there and walk to beach so convenient with kids. We would have loved to spend another week. Owners easily to communicate with and very helpful!!

Great time for our three families totaling 6 adults and 6 children. Beautiful home in a perfect location to beach, boardwalk and town. Kitchen well equipped for doing all our meals there and walk to beach so convenient with kids. We would have loved to spend another week. Owners easily to communicate with and very helpful!!

Family Spring Break Getaway
We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful and clean property. While the weekend ended up being cold the location to town and the beach proved to give us the ability to do all we wanted yet be able to come back to a nice warm place in a short amount of time. The house offered us a great place to catch up with family and allowed the kids to spend some much needed quality time together. The Easter Basket of eggs and chocolate was a wonderful added touch!
