This little cozy Early century cottage is across the street from Crooked Lake and steps away from the Petoskey-Mackinaw Bike Trail. This bike trail is over 50 miles long and you have your own private entrance. There are two beaches, a fish hatchery, and many shops and restaurants just a bike ride away! If you're visiting in the winter the trail is fantastic for cross country skiing or if you have a snow mobile, you have your own private entrance to the trails. You also have two great marinas less than a mile away with boat, paddle board, and kayak rentals. The property has its own fun little pond full of frogs and small fish and is truly a Northern Michigan treasure. The property is only 10 minutes from the area ski resorts, as well as downtown Petoskey and Harbor Springs and surrounded by area golf courses. This cottage has been completely remodeled with new everything sparring no expense, this is truly a beautiful Northern Michigan cottage loaded with rustic charm while having all of the modern advantages and comforts. Pets welcome with approval as long as they are house trained, you bring a dog crate, you please keep them off the furniture and there will be a $50 pet fee.
