Terrible
BE CAREFULL renting this property. It has a very strict non-refund policy. We could not come on our dates because of the family tragedy, and we let them know in advance, but they did not return anything. Charged FULL price, not even a small discount for us NOT using their rental at all.. not even a cleaning fee. And this on the top of them being full rent for the whole summer. I tried to change the dates, but it all was full, or maybe they just did not want to do it for us.
