Great location fantastic apartment very clean and spacious

Extremely clean, comfortable bed, great kitchen and shower. Everything you need is there.

Comfort... but suggestions

Clean, comfortable bedroom and sitting room, washing machine and refrigerator, staff

It was difficult to find the hotel since there aren't signs or reception.

Remarkable Stay

I got the Two bedrooms apartment on the 15th floor with amazing view facing Istanbul Mall and O-7 Highway. The building has 24 floors with modern 5 stars hotel style. We checked in around 3:00 AM early in the morning. The check in process was fast and easy, thanks to Bashir, he is a very nice guy. He helps us with luggage and you can ask him anything you need; he is very friendly and helpful. The apartment has everything you need, (Flat TV, Wi-Fi, Intercom, washing machine, Iron with table, drying rack for clothes, refrigerator, kettle boiler, full kitchen tools, etc.) except for microwave. The master room has wall mounted split unit AC type as well as the living area. The second room has a movable AC unit (Not the water type) and it is very good and cold. Beds, mattresses and sheets was very clean and new, can’t complain. Bathroom is very clean and neat, 5 stars hotels style. The Location is perfect and secure near the Istanbul Mall. The building itself has 24/7 security at the entrance. Gas stations with convenient store are nearby. The building and area around it are very clean. The 212 outlet Mall within a walking distance, I really recommend it, the prices there are very cheap. The parking is available and free, and there are plenty of parking spots Infront of the building. Thanks again to Bashir, he made our stay remarkable.

unfortunately this was my worst experience with booking.

we were given a different, smaller apartment with no outdoor space and our refund was less than 10%. manager charged us for Booking.com commission and offered to compensate us a taxi to the airport but ended up changing us $50 for the $40 taxi

did not meet its expectations…

it is ok for short stay only, far from the city center.

it was not clean, not well equipped, the bed-sheets, towels and covers need to replace with new ones…. very overused… the TV was not working!!… not good value of money…

Never hesitate to choose ZAM ZAM Suites

The suite is clean, a quiet and safe place, I appreciate the kindness of Mr. Abdulrahim (GM) and his team, especially Miss Serene, They are great 👍 , Really I recommend Zam Zam suites .

Friendly staff and good value-for-money for someone willing to stay quite far from the city centre

The staff members did a great job of accomodating our requests. Everyone was always friendly and helpful. This helped make up for some of the issues with the property. On arrival I was not happy with the size of my apartment (2 bedroom apartment with a balcony). I was given the option to get a smaller apartment without the balcony. This actully has a bigger living area and was a better alternative for me. I really liked the apartment and the view.

Would be nice to have a microwave in the apartment. This is not the fault of the property but using Google Maps for GPS driving does not work well in this area. You will get lost or get sent on endless loops. The highways in the area are a tangled mess. I recommend that you take a taxi instead. There is unfortunately no public transport nearby and the property is quite far from the city centre. It is about a 40min drive and 200 Liras to take a taxi to the city centre.

not suitable for short stays unless you’re desperate

it is a non serviced furnished apartment, the condition of some furniture was bad literally torn up upholstery, broken chair legs. and when we received the apartment we discovered one of the two rooms is not air conditioned, the washing machine was not cleaned so we couldn’t use it unless we cleaned it and serviced its filters! the care taker did not help. the floors were sticky and ants were in the kitchen and living room, some trash bins (in the terrace) were full when we checked. all of this in the price of nice hotel serviced apartment. booking.com should really flag such apartments/properties which are presented with pictures and incomplete discreption in a misleading way to give the feeling that its managed by a professional property management while they are not !
